Cold food, made me wait 1/2 hour for my food. Manager threatened to call cops on me because tried to buy a pop fit $3.17, gave the girl $4 she typed it in as $40. She calls a manager who ignore her for 5 minutes, so I tell her just give me my $4 so my food doesn't get cold.10 minutes later I have manager's attention. He tells me if I take my $4 he will call police. I called them for him. Police come out with food and my $32 for the food. I give him the money back less my $4 dollars and go home to my family to eat. Turns out I should have kept the money. Not sure what they did to my chicken but I can't eat it. The manager I spoke with was extremely dirty and not very presentable for a manager of KFC. I had the best service I've ever had here about two weeks ago. We walked in hoping to be able to sit since some restaurants are allowing it, but their lobby is closed still, no biggie there, we are in the park. But they were very polite and apologetic about the wait for us. We were the only ones in the lobby, there were like 4 cars in the drive thru. I almost always get rude service when I go here. The manager who took my order was nice, and helped out a lot, gave me a free biscuit and some dipping sauces. I felt truly appreciated as a customer, not because of the free items I got, but the way he was speaking to us. I didn't feel like I was wasting their time when I was there, which I always feel like I am a burden to the employees when I'm ordering, even in the drive thru. read more

Very slow. Teenagers in drive thru talking with friends and ignoring me as a customer. Forgot my drink. Lobby is closed, no person in sight. I wave my hands, beep my horn, and even call the store and finally after waiting some man comes to the window and I told them I called and waved and beeped and he told me he was a manager and another was on shift. The phones weren't working. I'm sure they were shut off. Rude ungrateful little kids running this store. Food is always dried out at night. Was told my ONE order, a chicken wrap would be four minutes after I paid, and then told to pull up and wait. Waited for TWENTY minutes for my little chicken tender and a pickle in a tortilla. I ordered a 16 piece with 4 sides. The woman brought out the bag 55 minutes later. 55 minutes later I asked this woman if she was sure my sides were correct. She said she could see them on the screen and it was good. Except when I drove home my sides were not there. I had 2 sides, not 4, and one that I didn't even order. So I sent my girlfriend to complain because after being irritated I didn't want to come off as too much of a jerk there. I gave my kids the chicken to see that they could only count to 13 and I paid for 16. This place will never see a cent from me again. I paid for 16 pieces of chicken, 4 sides, and 8 biscuits. 55 minutes later I received 13 pieces of chicken 2 sides (one that wasn't even in my order) and my 8 biscuits. Capital F that place. Btw, the person who tried to fix the order when my girlfriend went back tried to argue with her then didn't give her any of the missing chicken. Check your order they do not know what they are doing was there on 9-6-2019 this is for the people that work there that was September 6th 2019 at around 2:40 pm that is in the afternoon as they have trouble understanding. Wife asked for two Mac and cheese for her side the brilliant people figured that two potatoes was the same thing when I called they said that when ever we wanted the other sides just stop by in the next week but as they don't care really nothing was offered what a crappy place to eat good luck if you stop there . I just checked the chicken in the box and found out that they shorted us on our chicken and did not give us any legs and not enough breast pieces. read more

Horrible lately! For the last several months, I've had terrible food. Today I got the 10-pc chicken bites. Five pieces were actually bites, the other 5 pieces were more like bits of chicken that dropped in the grease. The same with their chicken strips & mashed potato bowl.
