The start of the bad service was the greet at the speaker with no kindness and a 5 minute hold time before placing order. Once to the window it wasn't any better when I said hello with a big smile and thank you. Get home and the first bite of French fries was disgusting and OLD. Bit into my potato cake that was burnt and also old. I didn't even want to try anything else and had to drive back up for refund which Jenna the manager was incredibly dismissive. Never said sorry barely mumbled yes when I asked if she was the manager and handed my money back. No sorry, not even looked at me. Horrible service. read more

Terribly rude staff, the female order take specifically! The food is slapped together in a sloppy manner with the wrapping so haphazard that the food falls out before you get it out of the bag - that's drive thru 101 stuff! The level of carelessness and hostility is unreal, the female order taker (sounds like late teens/early 20's) was literally so rude to me that I asked her if she realized how she sounded - I genuinely thought she may not hear how she comes across - but she snapped at me again then refused to give me her name. Whoever owns this location (private or equity group) do some undercover drive thru visits at different times of the day and evening, send relatives or friends....stop in the dinning room, listen to what goes on behind the counter and see the premises for yourself. Came here, and the location and ambiance of the drive-through looked rough. The concrete was all beaten up which should have been my first sign to keep on driving. I ordered the chicken wrap. The french fries were burnt and filled half the carton. The chicken was cold and the wrap tasted like cardboard. The only good thing about the experience was the staff, they were courteous for a fast food drive through. I would say to others that this Arby's has gone downhill and time to avoid this restaurant. This Arby restaurant is always low on meat content. I like Arby's and I stop here and get a sandwich, which has got half the meat on it that other Arby restaurants have on the sandwiches. I'm disappointed, so I don't go back for another year. Eventually I hope things have changed, like I did last week. No way! The Beef and Cheddar was like an onion bun with cheese wiz with a small amount of beef. Visiting this restaurant and hoping things improve is my yearly mistake. Arby's - Lapeer's home of the skimpy Beef and Cheddar! - Fast Food Near Me - Lapeer, Michigan

I was just there 2 days ago and they messed up my order. I got a beef and cheddar meal, a waygu steakhouse burger meal and 6 piece chicken nuggets. I received everything but the beef and cheddar and when I called up there about a half an hour later, they told me to say that I talked to Savanah and our order would be taken care of. The food was cold, and the beef and cheddar was missing. I just went up there about a half hour ago to get my beef and cheddar and they forgot it again and Savanah had said she never spoke to anyone that asked for that. How would I have gotten her name if she didn't tell me that she would fix my order? Just a thought. They also charged me $19.90 for two meals and said that they only charged me for one plus fries and a drink. I want my money back and truly never plan on doing business there ever again and I NEVER COMPLAIN about any fast food (or any restaurant) for that matter. read more
