Hello. I did an application for my brother in law online. They sent back an email saying to set a good time for a interview that they like to have him on their team ... he went to the interview just like it was set on their site. When he went to the interview the lady had a nasty attitude and told him, he didn't have an interview. I don't know why the computer lied. Or she was in a bad mood and just didn't have enough help so she didn't want to do a interview. But either way she was wrong for the nasty attitude. Yall need to learn how to treat people cause in the industry ur supposed to be respectful and honest with people. I even have the email where the interview was set up for the exact store. Its hard, but I been trying Thornton Rd.... You guys never prove me wrong! Don't go here! All I wanted was some original chicken and a soft biscuits from KFC.......you know ..... Finger licking good- well, I didn't want to eat this chicken after seeing it, let alone lick my fingers. I order 2 piece white meat combo with mash potatoes and I was so disappointed. The mash potatoes clearly had been sitting all day and the chicken was terrible! The chicken breast was dry and the wing was shriveled up to nothing and dried out as well. The biscuit was hard and cold and my lemonade didn't have any ice, it was actually warm. It took them 10 mins to answer the speaker outside and the young lady was less than polite. I asked for hotsauce, honey and BBQ sauce. She reached her long glittery nails in to a bowl and pull me out a sticky group of condiments I never asked for, like jelly and ketchup and the honey packages were open which made everything sticky. Once he saw me behind him, he moved over for me to place my order. I ordered a #1 which totaled $9.46. I tapped my debit card as she gave me a cup. I asked her for my receipt and she said that she didn't have a receipt. She said she could write it down for me (???????????????). I said ok (???????????). She begrudgingly went into the office and came back with a receipt book and began writing out a receipt. How crazy is this? As she was about to give me the receipt, I asked her for the store number. Terrance was the cashier, he provided great service from the register all the way to bringing the food to the table. You can't find service like that anymore. Do not go to this location! I ordered a two piece white and two orders of a two piece dark. After giving my order I repeated the order to make sure they everything was correct. While repeating the order, the young lady on the other end (who by the way was the manager) cut me off and said "I know". I proceeded to the window to pay for and retrieve my order. After I got home I looked through the order only to find out the everything was incorrect. I asked for original recipe and they gave me extra crispy. I asked for Mac and cheese and they gave me mash potatoes. They do this every time I go here. I called the restaurant to share my experience and request a refund. I went the next morning to get a refund only to find out that they only give a store credit. After debating about my refund we decided to reorder the food. The items in the box was correct this time but the food had no flavor at all. My grandchild spit the food out and said she was never eating KFC again. I wish I can share photos of the food I received, it was really bad. The chicken was oily and mushy and no seasoning at all. Can you imagine! Um sure they are going to have some one to post a positive review for location but here from it will be far from the truth. Ordered from the drive thru didn't get a receipt, was told to wait in the parking lot. After waiting 20 minutes I decided to go in. Took another 15 minutes to even get acknowledged... turns out they didn't even have my order. When I asked for a refund they made me sign my name on a piece of paper and questioned me about my signature? I paid cash so I don't see why they would need a signature in the first place. So I visited this location for the first time. After we approached the drive-thru window we were greeted with..."Before you place your order, we do not have any cookies , biscuits or chicken pot pies because our oven isn't working". I proceeded to place my order and asked what are you substituting the biscuit for and we were told another side. OMG, I should've checked my food before leaving the drive-thru window. I'm thinking not only was the ovens down but the fryers or whatever is used to cook the chicken was down as well. The chicken was horrible and tasted as if it was cooked in stale grease. I was too tired to return to the store and just trashed it. The cole slaw and mashed potatoes were edible. I call the store and got no answer. The folks at this KFC work really hard to serve a very busy population of people. Being right off the I20 exist, they are never wanting for customers. The guy who is at the window taking orders attitude sucks and so does the food. I believe he is also the manager. I ordered 4 tenders, with mash potatoes instead of fries and proceeded to the pick up window. I asked if they had Mambo sauce which there is a Big Sign advertising the sauce and he said no, it was for a limited time only. Ok, can I have... and before I can finish, his eyes got real big and he says the barbecue sauce is in your bag. I then say, honey mustard. He has an attitude and rush to get it like I'm getting on his nerves. I'm also feeling really rushed, keep in mind there is no one behind me in line. As I'm driving off, looked in the bag and there is the fries I did not request and a smashed biscuit falling apart. Ordered online because I thought this place would have my food ready at 5:45. They didn't and it took 4 employees to locate my order on the computer. Only one pot pie was ready and no one bothered to tell me while I thought that I was waiting for them to put my order together. I asked why it was taking so long. When I found out it wasn't ready, I asked for a refund. I was told in a snarky tone that they don't do refunds. The GM came over and tried to smooth things over. Just apologizing for your failure and apologizing to other guests because they had to hear how upset I was. They caused me to be upset. They received the correct reaction from me. Don't waste your time! I ordered my food and gave the cashier cash. After she put the money in the drawer I asked for certain condiments, which I was told they were out of. That being the case, I told her that I changed my mind and would like a refund. I was then told by management that they only offer an in-store credit. Visited this KFC Today. Arrived at 12:30 for lunch, no one in the line. The voice that greeted me was extremely rude. The first thing out of her mouth was something about me eating up time on their precious timer. I asked about Baked Beans, she said they don't serve that. When I echoed what she said, I got a belligerent "What you don't believe me." I wanted lunch not a ton of attitude. My son was in the car and he was shaking his head (and he is more forgiving than I am). We just pulled away and went somewhere else. I called the number for the place to talk to the manger and, surprise, no one would answer the phone. I wouldn't eat here again if it were free. how can you justify talking to people like that when businesses are going under due to the pandemic. If I could give zero stars I would, it was an awful experience. Word to fast food places, these drive through timers are turning your people into jerks. worst KFC ever. my mom and i were very hungry and we went to this KFC. usually we go to popeyes, but i never knew why. ever since my one trip to KFC, i see why my mom never goes to it. as soon as we got there, they told us, there was no chicken AT ALL!! there was only grilled chicken!! But why is there grilled chicken when the name clearly states FRIED CHICKEN. grilled chicken is nasty, and that is why it was left over. they had no food there. and im pretty sure there wasn't even drinks to get. the employee was rude, and nasty. she stunk, and they were disrespectful. me and my mom had to get those LITTLE hot dogs chicken wraps that were so small i could fit them into my mouth in ONE bite! am never going again. and will be sure to pass this KFC up, and look for the next popeyes immediately! read more

OK...I can hear you all screaming now...FAST FOOD?!?!!!! You don't review fast food!! OK, you're right...BUT I had a co-worker rave so much about their chicken pot pie that I had to try it. I have to admit...I am the chicken pot-pie queen...I make it from scratch and am really, really picky about pot-pies (both the crust and filling). So I was absolutely floored when the pot-pie wasn't just good...it was amazing. The crust is flaky and golden, but the BIG surprise was the filling. I was expected to find tiny, diced, dehydrated/rehydrated cubes of veggies and hard-to-find pieces of dark meat chicken. Instead, I found a creamy, peppery, flavorful sauce, pieces of white and dark meat chicken that were big enough to be identifiable, and huge chunks of veggies...whole, thick circles of carrots, big inch-square (or bigger) chunks of perfectly cooked potatoes...WHO KNEW?!?! It was delicious...I may stop making them from scratch! (You have NO idea how hard is was to even write this review and admit that I went to KFC!! I'm such a snob!!). The rest of KFC?
