Out of chicken?! I sat through such a slow line after being blocked into the drive thru and being told you ran out of chicken. As I crept up to the window the car ahead of me had a huge order. Poor quality food and service!! My chicken tenders were anything but tender. Fries were cold and ice tea was not brewed tea. I was given seven packets of honey sauce and buttery sauce for one biscuit, but no sauces for the chicken. Husband's chicken sandwich was dry and tasteless. Had the chicken tender bucket for two with two large sides. It was like $25 and the tenders were not that big. And the coleslaw had almost no dressing on it. The mashed potatoes never change. You know how they are, instant flavorless and watery. The person at the drive through window was pleasant though and my service was quick nobody in line. read more

Terrible Kfc experience. It's one of those hybrid KFC/Taco Bell joints. Which I think that in itself sets it up for failure. They didn't have any original chicken made. For a Saturday night I would think you would always have your basic most ordered item ready at all times. I waited for it and also ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken. I brought it home and my wife went to eat the freshly cooked chicken, it was completely soggy. I'm thinking they took it strait from the fryer to the box and it just steamed in there. The Nashville Hot Chicken tasted like it was sitting around for awhile. It didn't have any noticeable sauce and no pickles. Only good things were the mashed potatoes, biscuits, and the customer service was friendly. Don't think I will be back. read more

I hate this place. I've had a terrible experience every time I've been here. A short rundown of my complaints goes like this: - No Baja Blast Mountain Dew, one of my top reasons for visiting a Taco Bell. -Slightly higher prices on some of the Taco Bell items. Not a whole lot, but when I go to Taco Bell, it's because I am trying to be as cheap as possible. - COLD. They must run the A/C all day, because it was so cold in there I was shivering. - They play the music too damn loud. I don't mind background music, but it was so loud I had a hard time talking to my GF. Jeez, it's a fast food restaurant, no need to set the mood. - The beans in my burrito were old and dry. Not that Taco Bell's beans are good ever, but they were so crusty that it pretty much ruined the burrito. - Always seem to have to wait a long time to get my food. I just don't like this place. One star seems really to generous. Let's start with the wait in drive thru 15 mins 3 cars. There was only 2 customers inside. Had to repeat order 3 times and then I had to go into the building to retrieve missing item. They replaced item and offered a cookie. Get home open chicken power bowl has 7 pieces of chicken, dry crunchy rice, no guacamole, no sour cream ,no cheese, no pico and black beans are a glob of gross. Called to inform them of issue offered to remake my food if I came back. No thank you spit in food not a delight. Offered to refund money just bring in receipt I never got a receipt really was not to apologetic. Asked to speak to manager she gave the phone to a male who answered it hello? I asked if he was a manager he said yes but his voice told me he was a young kid asked his age and he said uh 30. I told him that I would call back tomorrow to discuss it with a real adult manager. This will be last time we have had other issues but this was the last. After reading other reviews I guess I am not alone. The rice and beans were clearly too old to be served! I had 2 terrible experiences at this location this week. One day I was trapped in the drive through. It took over 30 minutes to get through the line. When I complained about it at the window I got a slight apology. I had to request my receipt. The guy obviously knew that I was going to complain about the wait. The food that I ordered was the #8 bowl which is supposed to have popcorn chicken on top of mashed potatoes and corn. The chicken was actually just a bunch of crunchy nuggets that had very little chicken in them. Today's visit was to redeem my "Go cup" for answering the survey for the prior visit. The woman at the drive through said automatically, "THIS IS NOT MY STORE" without even looking at the location clearly printed on the receipt. I had to actually say, "YES IT IS!!!" She was clearly trying to get rid of me without giving me ANYTHING. What kind of customer service is that? Fighting with the customer? Plenty of other places to eat to ever go here again! read more

This was our second, and last visit to this location. I don't understand why a business would continually hire sub-par employees and leave them unsupervised during the busiest times of the day. Our first negative experience was a couple months back. Two customers were waiting for their orders when we walked in and warned us BEFORE ordering, that they had been there for over 30 minutes waiting for their food. We didn't listen (should have!!) and we ended up waiting approximately 35 minutes for ONE Taco Bell combo meal!! While we were waiting, we had the misfortune of watching another customer complain about the excessive wait time, and how her order was not correct. The so-called "manager" actually argued with her over the order, proceeded to inform the woman she needed to see her receipt, and look through her bag to verify what she was given. When the customer asked her not to touch her food, the "manager" mumbled to the other employees and reluctantly gave her the correct menu item. Needless to say this customer left very unhappy, and we were still waiting. Our experience tonight was horrible and we will not return to this location. The sub-par employees in the store were all teens with one adult female. The teen at the register had no idea what she was doing. The wait time was too long for fast food, they "ran out" of large sides and told us 3 individual sides equaled one large side, ran out of sauces for the chicken, and when we asked for our money back the young girl at the register said she couldn't do that because her "manager was not there". In other words, this location could care less about the customer and what they want, and essentially they force you into taking their food without being 100% satisfied. To add insult to injury, when we got home and opened our food, the popcorn chicken and chicken strips were all OVER-COOKED!! I'm not surprised by all the other negative reviews and believe this location is falling short of the KFC Franchise commitment. The franchise owner doesn't seem to be present based on the reviews. If they are they should at minimum consider hiring competent staff. People they would feel confident in running and representing their business, not giving their business a bad name. read more

Went to this place last night and I'm not impressed as usual. I asked for a crispy strip meal. The person on the other end asked if I wanted a "Penis strip meal". Obviously I was frustrated and wanted to leave. The drive thru is a joke. So he tried to to correct my order by being short with me. I returned the attitude and we came to agreement. I asked for a total and he came back with $44.87 for a penis meal...I left. This place is run down by its employees and I'm surprised that the owners allow it. Don't eat here folks. This is the second time in a row they couldnt get it right. The first time I drove and went inside to order. The crew seemed goofy and confused maybe on drugs. I got home only to discover my breast was a thigh. I paid extra for the breast because thighs gag me. The most recent time I tried grubhub. I ordered a three piece box order with 2 breasts and a wing with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. A 5 piece wing order with coleslaw and 1/2 gallon of unsweetened tea. They brought me 1/2 of some sort of unlabeled liquid. A huge bowl of mashed potatoes, an order of potato wedges, an order of breaded chicken strips /tenders with some sort of gross sauce on it, a cookie, a biscuit with a chicken tender and a pickle. I'm diabetic and I cant consume sugar or white potatoes. I got a bag of poisonous carbohydrates I cant eat. It took 65 minutes to get it. I just had surgery and need to eat something with my medication. They said I could wait for another order but I cant wait another hour or more. I luckily have some eggs I can scramble. KFC sucks. Go do a surprise inspection so you can see your employees screwing around and goofing off with glazed over eyes! They are high as a kite and if they injure themselves you could be liable. I can absolutely guarantee we will not be going back to this KFC. We've tried it a few times, each time hoping the experience would be better than the last. Here's my short review: One time, after starting to eat our meals, we notice all of the workers standing around the area where chicken is just waiting to be dished up. I then notice some are picking through the chicken and eating what they've found. They then go on to serve/dish up food to someone in drive-thru without washing their hands. That was too gross, and bad enough that we promptly stopped eating and threw out the rest of our dinner. The next visit, our order was completely messed up. When we asked for the items (multiple) that we were missing, we got attitude and they said they would have to see our receipt to make sure we even ordered what we said we were missing. On our last and final visit, we waited 22 minutes for our order while 1 person not only took the orders, but also packed the orders. All this while 3 other employees stood around and talked, and took the occasional drive-thru order. Why wait 22 minutes, you ask??? Because when we asked for our money back, we were told she couldn't to do that. The unfortunate part of this is that this KFC is the closest to our house. BUT in order to get decent customer service and no hassles, we will drive another 10 minutes to go to the KFC on Bowles & Kipling instead. read more

If I could give minus stars I would. There were 4 cars ahead of me and I got trapped behind all of them for 15 minutes. I ordered 4 original recipe breasts, 4 original recipe wings and a chicken pot pie. Once I got up to the window to get my order, I was told the chicken pot pie would take 10 minutes and I should pull around to the front and wait. After 15 minute passed by, I got out of the car and went inside and still had to wait about 8 more minutes. Once I got home, here is what I actually received. There were 3 breasts and 1 back instead of 4 breasts. The wings were all crispy instead of original recipe. The pot pie appeared to be freshly cooked, but only had about 1/2 the amount of veggies, and chicken filling. I could have gotten more filling from a frozen chicken pot pie. I've had it with this location! This is not the first incident I've had at this KFC location, but it will be my last. read more

I spent $30.00 for some chicken tenders plus sides , the cole slaw expiration date was midnight of the day I bought it. The tenders were anything but! They were dry and the edges were so hard you couldn't even chew them if you wanted, my dogs sure loved them. I have had this problem before with this same KFC, .I believe that there is a time limit on how long you can keep food under those heating lights. This KFC doesn't seem to care what they serve as long as the manager doesn't get in trouble for surplus waste. Keep your job not your customers. Granted I was there between lunch and the dinner rush, but I shouldn't be served the left over lunch food. I have not had any problems with other KFC, just this one. read more
