Tonight is a new one. They some how had "delivery" turned on. I decide to get the 12 piece "chicken only" bucket for 16 bucks. It asks if i wand "drums & thighs" or "standard mix". I pickstandard AND IT ADDS 8 BUCKS TO THE COST. You only get the posted price if you take the crappy pieces. Thats it. I'm done with KFC. The inside of the store is pretty clean and calm, the table was sticky but I didn't question it too much. I ordered a potpie and cheese curds and I was delighted because the potpie was perfectly salty. My boyfriend ordered the famous bowl, and I stole some , also very good. Very busy KFC location on 12 mile near Dequindre. Always seem to be a bit understaffed and scrambling to get orders out the door. The dining area is remodeled but you typically have to wipe your own table (again, understaffed). Side note - apparently Col. Sanders is still alive and visits this location. Fast service. Chicken pieces were bigger than other locations. The biscuit was salty. Clean dining and restroom area. Went there dinner time, people sitting down are mostly waiting for take-out orders. Outside there is a line of cars waiting for their drive-thru orders. read more

I don't typically write reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous. So I asked for the #11 which is 5 piece Nashville hot chicken tenders. They told me that they were out of fries...then asked if mashed potatoes were fine. I said yes. Also ordered a 2 piece chicken tender with corn and caprisun kids meal for my sister. Got to the window, paid. After I paid, they told me that only had 2 chicken tenders left for the kids meal and asked if we could replace my chicken tender meal with popcorn chicken because there was only 2 pieces left. My sister said she could take a wing or breast and give the tenders to me instead with the popcorn chicken. Which was fine until we got home. Ended up getting a bowl of popcorn chicken, 2 piece chicken tenders, no mashed potatoes but got fries instead and was in shock to see when they said they were out, nothing was Nashville hot like I ordered. My sisters meal was the chicken breast and wing including the corn, but got applesauce instead the caprisun. Probably not a big deal to some people, but I was pretty ticked off. read more

This specific time I waited 25 mins and when I got to the window I was asked to pull in a parking space because my tenders were not ready.. what were you doing the last 25 mins I've been in line waiting? I just had the worst experience here! Everyone was moving extremely slow and I was waiting inside for 30 minutes. I had to ask for half of my order that they didn't give me. This KFC is by far the worst one I've ever been to. Always a long wait, horrible customer service, orders are always wrong. Last time I went there I sat in a long line to order, then it took another 15 minutes to get to the window. Order placed and was not received as ordered. This is the first time I've ever received service at this KFC like this and I'm very dissatisfied with the employees working today. I called when I didn't receive my order correctly. They didn't put my fries in the bag. They put my biscuit that I didn't ask for in a fry box! She told me that it depends on who makes the meal in order for it to come with certain sides. Took my name, spelled it wrong and said I was on the books whenever I decided to come back. I'll decline. Staff is always ready to take my order and if it is at the end of the night they will actually offer something else if they do not have the desired chicken pieces your looking for. I'm writing this review because this KFC messed up my order and did what was easiest for them. What happened to customers are always RIGHT?. I ordered a #11, a chicken pattie, mayo and pickles all in between 2 buns and a side of fries. I did ask for them to hold the mayo. I get my order and I go home and they give me something nothing as I ordered. they gave me a chicken STRIP in between to smushed buns and no pickles nor fries. the only thing they got right was the drink I ordered. read more

I really like the $30 fill ups from here, because they really do feed a family! I just don't like some of the customer service issues at this location. The food was right, for the most part, but some of my requests were fulfilled. The line for the drive thru was almost out to 12 mile, as usual. They're steady with drive thru business, but they make simple mistakes. First, they charged me for a different car's order. I didn't know I was being undercharged, because the young guy didn't treat my total when I got to the window. So the difference I owed was $7.02, but I had already paid on my card. The manager said she "refunded" the amount paid by taking the incorrect amount of money out of the register and then told me I still had to pay $31.80. When I was confused by what she was saying, I told her what I owed and handed a $10 to her. She gave my change back, and had to explain another time what she was doing. When I ordered, I asked for corn instead of one of the sides of mashed, but I got double mashed anyway. I asked for bbq, and the kid handed me two of them. I said I also wanted buffalo and ranch, but they had neither. I asked for butter and honey, and I wasn't given butter. I understand that people make mistakes, but I wasn't asking for the world. read more
