Well I was craving KFC since I drove all the way down to the south suburbs around Midlothian hazelcrest area. Originally I was trying to see a house that I might buy and live down here but I couldn't even find the house I ended up being hungry and had a craving for KFC. I got the honey bbq 3 piece tenders with wedges, a biscuit and a Pepsi. The tenders were delicious. Wedges were piping hot. I enjoyed my meal and I can tell it was made fresh. I've been trying to find a decent KFC since so many franchises have gone downhill, and I think I'll be back here. read more

Ordered online to pick up through the drive-thru today. The food was shoved at me with no word. The attendant walked away. I knocked on the window several times and finally got her attention. She opened the window again without a word and I said I ordered a large drink . She gave me a dorty look. She got the drink and then again shoved it at me without one word. What a shit show, I ordered a 4pc chicken dinner. After ordering the app said the meal would be ready at 4:22.i walked in to the restaurant was promptly greeted asked if I had ordered I replied yes gave him my name and he said you'll be ready in 5 minutes.... 15-20 minutes later a different worker asked if I had ordered. Received everything that I ordered which is rare with fast food. We received confirmation of delivered order... but no order was picked up nor delivered on our ring camera. We called kfc and a woman name Laquita, I believe, made sure to comfort the situation and made sure our food was delivered fresh and delicious. She was very sweet and professional. I had a really great experience this morning at this KFC. I had such a taste for a chicken pot pie and they actually have them ready when they opened at 10:30 AM. Nasty and rude! They don't deserve any stars at all. You pull up to the drive thru to order just to be told that "you're on my timer, can you pull out!" WTH! I'm on your timer, while I'm trying to figure out my food, this is why these business are closing because they get these nasty ass workers. We just left this KFC as we were from out of town (Green Bay, WI) and randomly stopped through this restaurant. The man at the drive through gave us so much attitude that we just drove off without getting our food. If this is how your employees treat their customers then you don't need to be in business. The Midlothian KFC is the worst KFC franchise I have ever visited. The managers are very rude and often times they are out of pot pies and tenders. I have reached out and complained but the store owner doesn't really give a crap. He will just respond on Yelp to save face by saying. "I am so sorry you had a bad experience. I hope you come back and give us a second chance." What kind of response is that? If you notice he never says anything about addressing his staff so the issue doesn't happen again, he simply says I HOPE YOU COME BACK AND GIVE US ANOTHER CHANCE. Heck no I am not giving you another chance. It is apparent that the owner has no respect for his customers so I will just take my business elsewhere. I love this KFC and would give them 5 stars but quite often when I come in, they have no pot pies. This is a very popular item and one would expect to be able to get a pot pie when you come in at 5:45 pm.
