Drive thru times longer than ok for fast food. They didn't have what we asked for, so they offered half and half on the chicken. Then they missed giving one box of biscuits and no honey or butter was given. When I asked for more than 4 packets of honey, she stated she needed to get the whole box in order to Get more. Service is terrible. I was told there would be an 8 minute wait on some apple pies so I decided to wait. 20 minutes passed and I was still waiting in my car. Got a little upset and decided to go in, to find out the Apple pies had been sitting there at least 10 minutes. The lady in the front cashier was rude to me for asking for my Apple pies. I have been craving a chicken sandwich for awhile now so I thought I would see what KFC had. The drive through line wrapped around the building and it moved slow at lunch time, don't fast food restaurants adjust for peek times like noon ?. The menu was advertising chicken sandwiches with a regular and a hot so I ordered the hot with a small mash potatoes and gravy. It was nice to see my mashed potatoes upside down in the bottom of the bag and these people want $15 an hour but they have no common sense in filling a drive through order. I had to scrap my mashed potatoes off the lid but my spicy chicken sandwich was right side up. The spicy chicken sandwich looked kinda pathetic with bun, chicken, pickles and sauce, at $3.99 I wasn't expecting much. My first bite of the chicken hanging out of the bun was not spicy at all and I thought that I got the regular until I realized what makes it spicy is the sauce in the sandwich. The breading was very crunchy but the meat was on the dry side and slightly tough, not like drum tender meat if you understand what I mean. The pickles were the sweet kind to contrast the spicy sauce and the bun was fresh. The 15 minute drive through time with the upside down mashed potatoes coupled with mediocre chicken sandwich left me still craving a chicken sandwich because it didn't fill my crave. read more

Ordered through the app it said it would be done by 7:35. I waited till that time and went through the drive through because the door is locked . Went through the drive through and they said o had to wait 20 mins for well done, why is that not in the app? LOVE THE CHICKEN i am writing this regarding the new kfc chicken deal they are calling the new $20 fill up in the flip top box VERY DECEIVING COMMERCIAL 1st of the show a few people ordering chicken and then a bunch of friends showing up and ringing the bell and coming in to eat chicken with them because there is supposedly a great deal at kfc 4 pieces of chicken and 12 nuggets is a great deal? this meal deal would not even feed to grown male adults.. get in the commercial they show about 7 people or whatever enjoying a meal.. sure you could feed this many people if you buy 8 $20 fill ups love kfc but they better start having better deals.. not many people i know go to kfc because they are just getting too expensive.. also you should be able to swap the french fries for the mashed potatoes read more

Honestly no stars because they got my whole order wrong. They lock their lobby to make you wait on the drive thru and discourage you from ordering . The workers don't know what they are doing and the got me food wrong and cold which is just the basic part of the job. They should be fired!!!! read more

Wow the customer service here just gets worse and worse. The drive thru speaker is barely loud enough to hear with any amount of traffic in such a busy area. The people working barely speak up and correctly reply to the things you say. I'm done with going to this one and the 108th one. Both have become some of the worst customer service and quality I've had of any fast food. read more

DONT RECOMMEND ORDERING HERE, I went to order a family meal and aside from the employees being rude/fast paced. I was patient enough to order, cashier didn't give right change either. After eating the food never have I felt more nauseous and sick after eating, then later one of my friends realized there were mosquitoes at the bottom making the situation a lot worse. This place is the worst of all of KFC Locations I've been to, probably EVER! I really enjoy some KFC from time to time, but since my normal go to on Hwy 108th of national was shut down I've had no choice but to find a different location to my home. Online order mishaps. The first time we ordered from there, the order was incomplete. We gave them another try a few months later, ordered online for pick up and the restaurant didn't get the order, even though our payment was processed. Instead of offering take the order in person to fulfill the order they got an attitude. The manger grumbled something about having to call corporate for permission We gave them another 20 mins to see if the order would come through. This time the person at the window snapped that this has been a problem all day and shut the window. We circled around again to try to get the food we paid for with proof...and the employee shouted we had to move because we were messing up the window times and we should call corporate to cancel the order/get a refund. We would have just reordered in person, paid in person and then cancelled the previous order, but that was not an option. They immediately dismissed us and declined to serve us. Not once did we yell/cuss/get aggressive, yet we were treated with hostility. If I never attempt to eat KFC again, it will not be at this location. The customer service rep at corporate, quickly handled the order cancellation and explained the refund could take up to 72 hours depending on the bank. We ordered hot wings yesterday in the drive through. They were horrible. Extremely over breaded, very small and over cooked. The individual pieces were half the size of past orders, and dry and crumbly. The ratio of breading to chicken was 1:1. I think that hot wings has probably run its course. Second time I ordered online from this location. This time I ordered at 5:02 pm arrived at about 5:25 pm and waited in the mile long line. Finally got to the order box and stated I was here for pick up of an online order. The clerk asked me if I was me and directed me to park by the doors and they would be right out. Waited 5 minutes then went to the door and knocked. I guy came out and asked my name a again and said okay one minute. About ten minutes later a girl came out and stated they gave all the crispy chicken to the drive thru orders. She said I should just cancel my order. By this time it's 5:50 pm and I said I ordered almost an hour ago, wasn't my order put aside waiting for me, that's why I ordered ahead so it would be ready. She said yeah but we gave all the crispy chicken to the drive thru and other delivery orders. She then said we can make your order but it will be over 20 minutes. This is a review for a visit from 2012. Why have I waited until 2014 to post this? Because every time I drive past this place, usually 3-4 times per week, I still remember the unbelievably rude treatment I received from the older woman at the cash register from my one visit in 2012. I haven't been there since, and will likely never eat at a KFC again unless there are no other options. I stopped in one evening because my wife and I wanted some chicken, and had yet to have any bad experiences at a KFC prior. I was the only customer in the place, and after reviewing the menu, I walked up to the register. The employee stood there and did nothing for at least 15 seconds, until I had to say "I'd like to order". She made a face as to suggest I put her out, and she slowly moved towards the register against her will. I then had a question on one of the items, and instead of giving me an answer, she rudely said "it's described on the menu", and pointed in the general direction of the overhead menu. I thought about asking for a manager, but decided to just get my food and leave. I made a mental note to either contact KFC, or write a review on yelp. So here I am 2 years later. The food itself was nothing great, but not bad either. The food isn't the point of the review, however. In summary, if you want any form of friendly service, stay away from this place. I'm not sure if this bitter old hag still works at this location, but it's not worth the risk. Grade: F- read more

One of the more recent locations to open, this KFC is a slightly above average location. Fairly clean and neat. Typical KFC food. However, I recommend avoiding the grilled chicken. KFC, usually very good at the fried chicken, appears to have no idea about grilled chicken. Tough, overgrilled, and fairly awful-tasting. Skip it and visit Boston Market or something like that. read more

Honestly for being the closest KFC to me, I give it a thumbs down. Horrible service and they always seem to mess up on my order. Ordered the 16 piece meal, and they didn't give me my 4th side dish. Ordered a 12 piece and the gravy container broke because it was poorly placed in the paper bag, so it spilled all over the plastic bag. Asked for 6 sets of utensils, got charged, which I don't mind, but they only gave me 5. Went to their drive through. There was a bunch of papers taped up over the speaker. One piece of paper said their speaker was down and to order when ready. Another piece of paper said to have credit card/exact change when paying cash. This confused me so I pulled up to the window to ask a question/ order since I could not interact with them at the screen. As I pull up to the window, the employee asks me to pull around behind other cars that were in line behind me...... ridiculous and sad. Your stuff is broken but instead of helping the customer understand the situation it was get to the back of the line. I usually frequent this Kentucky Fried Chicken 3 times a month with coupons. I often receive great service if I go into the store and place my order with Manager Alana, herself. She is really kind, smiles, and shows excellent customer service even when the place is packed or if she is having a tough day. If Manager Alana is not there to take or prepare your order please count your pieces of chicken to make certain that they are all there... Other than that, no complaints.
