I have not had chicken in a while and stopped by. I did not get his name but the manager was excellent and very friendly. They were a few biscuits short and substituted a cake instead of having me wait. Food was what I expected from kfc. I'm glad this kfc had chicken as the one in Burlington did not. This KFC is a joke we literally never get what we order. The only reason we go back is that our kids like the famous bowls. My wife stopped tonight ordered four famous bowls a pot pie meal and large coleslaw. While waiting she noticed multiple customers returning and taking their orders inside. She had to remind them three times what she ordered then the person came to the window and handed her cash and said they don't have any pot pies. This is not the first time. I would say over 50 % of the time I've ordered a pot pie I have been told at the window they don't have them. Ridiculous the way this place is run. Needs to be shutdown if they can't figure out how to provide the products on the menu and hire employees that at least give the impression that they care about customer service. read more

It was honestly so bad the fries were so greasy the chicken was pasty and the workers were literally smoking outside in the window there was around 4-6 of them all tweaking out . Never coming back ever again and so overpriced for rancid ass food. On top of that the kitchen was so dirty there was crumbs all over the floors and just horrible. read more

I waited over an hour and a half for food that was preordered online. As I waited I watched two of the employees sit and share a vape, touch one another and look at things on their phone as I sat waiting for my food to come up. Only one of the three workers was standing in the back sliding around on the greasy floor and grabbing bagged open chicken out of a sink full of water. One employee, a young lady at the window, was so rude and made no apologies for the wait. The only time I was approached was to move to a space in the parking lot, as I watched people in the drive through be served. The managers need to be available on shifts we three young adults, who have no customer service experience and a lack of product all the time. This company will be shut down for unsanitary practices again if the ownership doesn't value food safety and customer service. read more

I wouldn't even rate this as a 1. Although stay was very nice! When ordering on the app KFC needs to update the pictures. VERY deceiving, I got a 6 piece value meal. 6 pieces of chicken (there was only 4) mac n cheese, potatoes with gravy all over the potatoes and slaw. Worst restaurant experience in a long time. Not a customer in sight. Dirty tables and floors. My chicken was so dry from sitting in a warmer probably since Christmas! The mens restroom was disgusting. But all the employees and the manager had time to all be searching on their phones! Won't go back. That place will be going out of business! read more
