Was in town for an appointment and decided to go thru drive thru and grab a sandwich at Jimmy John's. I ordered the original turkey sub combo with everything except lettuce. To my disappointment the sandwich came with very little of anything (3 thin slices turkey, 3 thin slices of provolone cheese, and 3 thin slices of tomatoes) that was it for a total of $12.00 and a few cents. If JJ's continue to serve a sub like what I received, you can bet JJ's won't be in business long! Hooray for Jersey Mikes's! Wish I had gone there instead!!! No comparison to the great sub sandwich Jersey Mikes serves! read more

Couldn't leave the store for lunch today, so I ordered food to be delivered. Ordering online was a breeze, everything is easily laid out and clear to understand. I asked for a couple variations on my sandwich to make it how I wanted it. The order arrived in a really quick manner, arrived as ordered, and tasted even better! I have never had a bad experience at this Jimmy John's, keep up the great work! read more

So...hadn't had JJ in a long time. Went in, checked out the menu. Decided on the #13...Bacon, ham, and something else. I didn't check out the sandwich out before I left...I guess I should....and read the description much better(..no lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. I asked for (and paid for...almost a $20 sandwich) for extra cheese, mayo, V&O and bacon. WOWWWW!!!!!!! What a disappointment. I even told the young girl who was making my sandwich....I'd like more mayo on that....it was about as dry as could be...I could of bought a nice juicy pizza for that amount from Casey's.... Not so sure I would go back and spend my money again....:-( read more

Boo, Muscatine Jimmy Johns! On April 21st, Jimmy John's $1.00 sub promotion, you DIDN'T participate! When I we called, you said you end up losing money on that day. Yea I get it, but what about the rest of the year when I visit your shop regularly? Show your customers a little bit of appreciation for supporting your shop on a regular basis. Bad choice on your part, next time I will think twice and maybe support a different sandwich shop in the area. read more

These guys don't look like that- giving me a lesson in stereotypes and judging books via their cover. I've never had goat cheese before and it was so amazing I couldn't stop eating it. The sriracha wings were spicy, but not overwhelming. Later, some other people met us and we ordered the shrimp tacos which were also very good. The next morning we also had breakfast and I ordered the Omelet which comes made-to-order and you can choose 4 different additions. It also comes with potatoes. All delicious.
