I got exactly what I ordered. The staff was nice and pleasant. The white lightning pop is a blah pop. I wouldn't get it again. The chicken tenders were very tough and seemed like steps cut off a whole breast. Flavors were decent but, I would not go back. There are better chicken places around. read more

Been to so many kfc's and not best but alway consistent. This location had the greasy's chicken ever and the drink tasted like dirty mop water it was all so bad that one bite and swallow and it ended in the garbage. Maybe they had a bad day or they are using dirty rags to cleanup. Please sanitize this location and make it better. Good lucck read more

We put in an online order and it said it would be ready at 6:16. We arrived at 6:18, and we walked into one of the employees saying "oh Jesus christ " when we told them we were here for our order. If I could give zero stars I would. Decided to try KFC for the very first time, and boy was I let down. Half my order was missing! I never received my sides and it's did not include my extra order of Nashville hot tenders. When I got home and realized the missing items I called up the location and explained to them what was gone. They then proceeded to tell me they had to check the cameras because they DEFINITELY did put the entire order in my bag?!?! Anyway when I told them I would drive down there to pick up the missing items they told me I had to bring my bag of food that my family had already began eating back for them to check!?! Now that's ridiculous. I live in north muskegon and it's already a inconvenience to me and my family that I have to go down there and get my missing items, but now they want me to take my food that they did back so it can get cold and my family has to wait to eat!!! I don't think so. SHAME ON YOU KFC. One good thing that I will give KFC credit for is that the corporate number gave me a voucher and was very apologetic. So five stars in that end. Upon entering the building on a Sunday just before noon, I didn't see or hear anyone until I spoke in a louder-than-normal voice "hello", then there was an employee that looked surprised to see anyone. I was surprised with the price for the items I ordered but my internal calculator was working. When I got home with my order, I checked my order against the receipt and found items that I didn't order and items I didn't get. I returned to town on Wednesday and the manager called her manager and I was told that I should have come back to town on Sunday. Since it was Wednesday, they would not make any adjustments to my bill. The chicken strips were hard and near uneatable. I wanted to try the chicken tenders, it was during dinner time 5:30 pm. I ordered 6 chicken tenders, it was a bit over $9.00. They were so thin and over cooked they were like jerky. I brought them home, I wasn't going to eat them they were just too tough, I chalked it up to expensive dog food. When I looked at my dog, she had blood coming out of her mouth... those "tenders" were so tough and hard they cut my dogs mouth. I am more than upset right now. I thought I would give this location one more try. My husband and I live in North Muskegon and I just crave KFC, so sad we do not have one in Muskegon. What a horrible experience. read more

Im new to Yelp and I was not going to post anything but I saw the reviews for this particular KFC. I was shocked I been there 3 different times and each was better than the last. The ladies at the counter each times were nice the menu is very nice with alot of choices. The tables were cleans as was the floors and walls. The chicken was outstanding I order 3 different dishes but the spicy extra crispy chicken was my favorite. I called ahead from work today at 7pm to let the man know I needed 10 legs and 2 breast meal. I usually wait a while for my food so I called ahead of tme. When I got there after 730 they had 4 legs and 4 thighs. so i went to this kdc today which is always slow and aaked for ranch dressing and hot sauce for my chicken the lady took my money and said ok another lady gave me my bag and when i got home there was no hot sauce or ranch dressing i orserded the golden chicken or whatever and it is ok much better than the nashville chicken which is supposed to be sweet and spicy fried chicken but fails on both counts and y have pickles on my chicken? i suggest if you want to try these new chickens request no pickles read more
