I know this is not the staffs fault but it makes the grubby, run down place even more horrendous. Especially when a mother walks in with fifteen kids who were not well behaved and ill mannered. I have even walked out due to such an incidence where a mother could not control her children who were in the process of throwing food at one another. The staff are terrible and more often than not do not fully understand what you are ordering making it impossible to complain if anything is wrong with your meal. They also seem to stand idly by while the place gets worse and worse with no member of staff willing to tidy away what people have left on the table even though they will be paid to do so.
