Well the service was fast the food was the problem!!!! These 8 "nuggets " were so dried out they looked like dried fruit. How could someone even put them in a box and hand them to a customer? I understand following simple instructions but why in the world would you tell someone to pull up in a drive thru and then be mad and talk bad about a customer because I won't move when you haven't finished giving me my order this happened right now around 7:50 pm the young gentleman at the window took my order and told me to pull forward to wait for my order so I did he came out with the food and I reminded him I didn't get my drink while I'm looking at my order I realized there no sauce for my tenders instead of waiting for the guy to walk back out with the drinks and making him go back inside I put my car in park not in anyone's way because the drive thru is an open drive through I put the car in park and ran in to ask for a sauce I over hear a lady I won't describe her so she won't get into problems but I hope she reads this someday and understand I could clearly here everything rude you where say you with your other female co-worker I told you I was going to move my car I was just wanting some sauce and my drinks ! If you need something quick, stop by and grab to 10pc bucket. I usually get it without the sides. I'm not a fan of their sides: no mash, no fries... bring back the wedges. I just went there to get a sandwich combo and apparently I should not have shown up in the middle of the afternoon. The fries were completely soggy, and the sandwich had at least a half a cup of mayonnaise slathered on both sides. I don't know who thinks that that is a proper amount of mayonnaise, but I could not eat the sandwich, even after trying to wipe a lot of it off because I didn't have enough napkins to even come close to cleaning it. Honestly every time we come to this location we wonder why we came back. Today was no exception. The staff are friendly enough but more often than not there is something missing from the order. Also the dining room tends to be filthy more often than not. Today 75% of the tables were unusable due to being so dirty and the floors are desperately in need to of being swept under those tables. The food quality also misses the mark. Our chicken was fresh and hot, but it looked and tasted like maybe the grease was overdue for a change. Our biscuits were over cooked and crispy rather than fluffy. Everything was edible but nothing to write home about. We will most likely seek out another nearby KFC location when the craving arises. Although this location did get a facelift in the past year or so, the quality of the experience here has not. read more
