We recently went to the KFC in Omak, WA. We stood at the counter for over 4 or 5 minutes trying to order. The 3 employees that were there were all helping the drive thru. One other gal was so intent on going on her break she ignored us as well. NO ONE looked in our direction nor acknowledged us at all. When someone finally came to take our order we asked for no legs but instead, thighs. They had no extra crispy so a longer wait ensued. When we finally got our order home, they had charged us for extra thighs but we did not get our wings. Truly a cluster phuck all the way around. No need to go there again. Worst customer service I've ever seen!! Had 3 people debating me on what I ordered, which was real easy!! Apparently, they don't know their menu!! I ordered a 3 piece "Box Meal". That comes with 2 sides and a biscuit. And a side order of Cole slaw. They hand me a box that was potato's and gravy, Cole slaw and a biscuit and of course the chicken. When I asked about my side of Cole slaw everyone of them said " It's in the box!" Wrong!!!! Never go there!!! Even if I were wrong, and I was not, why would you argue with your paying customer? Just give me my Cole slaw and I'm gone!!! When a manager gets involved and wants to argue, I'm done!! We're over here often... won't be going back here!!! read more

This has got to be the worst kfc ever. Not only are they expensive compared to other places, they have a locked lobby so when they get your order done incorrectly they tell you to go BACK THRU THE LINE!!! I was charged for a 2 thigh meal and they gave me a thigh and tiny leg. They also gave no utensils for eating coleslaw. They could have brought one out to me, or met me at the door to fix their mess up but there was not a thinking human being in the store to fix the issue with anything resembling customer service. So I was overcharged. I'd this was the first time I had had issues with this place it would be one thing, but it's not. I would really like a refund for the $ up charge for product I didn't not get. And teach your staff when they screw up and order to fix it in a manner that does not make things more inconvenient for the customer than the mistake has already presented. read more

We have not eaten here for lunch for ever thought we would try we ordered the nachos $6 box w drink. Gal that took the order rang up nachos 3.99! ?? And no drink? She was confused so we didn't press the issue or cause a scene. But the combo sign was right behind her. Not bad! The service is what you'd expect from any fast food place, but given this was my first visit to a fast food joint in four years, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the food quality! The chicken was tender with a crispy and flavorful breading, the sweet corn kernels were warm and buttery, and the biscuits were borderline food porn. KFC does good chicken! Lots of mistakes being made, so double-check you're food before you drive away. First mistake last week, they didn't give me a drink for my daughter's kids meal (she wanted the Capri Sun so I assumed it was in the bag with her food. I was stopped before leaving and given the drink. Today, I ordered a fill-up bucket and my daughter's kids meal. I was given the drink and NO MEAL (because the sides for the fill-up meal were in a paper bag I drove off thinking that was the kids meal). I got home to realize we hadn't been given the kids meal so I had to drive back (while my dinner got cold at home) and wait in the drive-thru line to get it. When it was given to me, the popcorn nuggets had been dumped UPSIDE DOWN!!! Really??? They were THAT upset at having to correct THEIR mistake??? read more

This KFC, while having the same mediocre service and decent food equal to most other KFCs, has a Taco Bell INSIDE. This enclave of grease-infused food venders is akin to the ultimate crossover show; it's simple beauty equal to the cozy nestling of Vatican City within Italy. Where else on earth can you get a meal so American as to include a Georgia Gold sandwich AND a Quesarito. A bag of popcorn chicken AND a chalupa. This combination is clearly the work of a creative genius and should not be overlooked. Five for five. read more
