We decided to try this place despite the bad reviews. It's actually not bad at all. We got the personal pan pizza, which you can get anytime. It was on the smaller side, but good and for only $4.99 (at the time of this writing), how can you complain? We also did the all-you-can-eat salad bar for $9.99. You can also just do 1 trip for $5.99. The salad and pizza was honestly pretty decent. And they had TV's on showing multiple football games (we went a couple Sunday's ago). They keep the employees tips. The manager made a rule that the employees can't even keep their phones in their pockets but the people who made the rule are allowed to sit their and use their phones all day. I ordered the smallest pizza and a Mountain Dew and it was $8. For that price I could have gotten a much better pizza at the Tonasket Pizza Company. I didn't know mountain dews were $3 now. Worth the gas to just drive down to Tonasket and get a pizza that doesn't taste like cardboard and credit card debt. read more

This place gets two stars because, pizza is actually really good here, customer service- we have not had issues with.. But you pretty much have to plan on 'Surprise Pizza Night' when you order to go. What will you get today?! Certainly not what you ordered. This has been our experience 4 out of 5 times and that was ME remembering some random time sometime last year that my husband could not even remember. Tonight was the last straw for us & I think we will pretty much be eating elsewhere unless we just really don't care what kind of pizza we get. We ordered a Big Dinner Box with Pasta, Hawaiian with Breakfast bacon, Chicken Parmesan with Bacon - Both with balsamic drizzle & Fettuccini Alfredo Pasta. Also got some wings on the side. What we got, wings on the side, pepperoni with olives, Hawaiian, NEITHER had drizzle *which seems to be a trend here, I consider it a lucky day if I at least get drizzle from Pizza Hut* and hot wings instead of pasta. Pepperoni - One person in our family likes pepperoni.. which is why we don't order it. The rest of us either don't care for it or have an intolerance for pepperoni. Hot wings - pretty good for hot wings, if you like that kind of thing... We don't. EVERY time we have ordered, I Stress the balsamic drizzle.. This is the deciding factor on picking Pizza Hut *which is actually 45 miles from our house across the loup* to a pizza place nearby. We have gotten the correct order ONCE in the 2 years we've gotten It to go. Basically, if you really don't care what kind of pizza you get, go for Omak Pizza Hut. read more

Once I waked in and sat down I got a high chair and turned it over to put my son car seat on top of it. And yes I'm aware of the warning signs but one of the workers there comes to me telling me what to do with my child... this is my kid. I am giving this Pizza Hut two stars only because I happen to like Pizza Hut pizza. The service is essentially absent. Staff spend far too much time in conversation at the food prep station or in the kitchen. Management doesn't seem to care that employees can't handle serving more than a couple of tables at one time. I left the restaurant after waiting 5 minutes to be seated after staff told us for times they would seat us when they got a table cleaned. They finally seated us at a table that didn't need to be cleaned. Then after waiting 10 minutes at our table with no service but staff served others who came in after us were being served we left. Don't bother coming here unless you have a couple of hours to waste and a boat load of patience. read more

I can't rate the food as I was never acknowledged or seated...that tells you about the service...I come to Omak once a year on business and just wanted a small pizza and salad...it ain't happening here... how do these places stay in business? The food...it's Pizza Hut, so you know what you're getting. It was good pizza. I did take out, so I'm sure you are thinking how bad can it be. Let's just say if the chick who did my transaction worked for me, I'd fire her. Rude, complaining about her job. This pizza is awful. They don't deliver. They made me circle around the pick up window twice. It's ridiculous.

So I went in and order my pizza on the carryout side on the 18th of June.I walked in to the store the girl that took my order her name was Ashlee and she has very rude and said my wait time would be over 30 mins.So I left the store and than came back for my pizza.I went back to the carryout side and no one was there and the phone keep ringing.Some guy from the back came out to answer it but missed the call.That when he noticed me standing there and asked if I need some help.The front staff sucked but the pizza was great!! read more

Service and food sucked they don't even deserve a star, one waitress was doing her hair right behind the counter as everyone stared in disgust the pizza was cold and raw, I will never ever take MY family here again!!! The only reason I am giving 1 star and not 0 is because the employee "Samantha" was polite and apologized for her mistake. Employee "Laura" and manager "Melissa" are the reasons this location did not receive 5 stars. I had been incorrectly charged by $2 for my salad. After looking at my receipt I approached the counter and laura said "you you like a soda to compensate for the $2, we don't give refunds." I said "what?" She replied with "well, we do but it's a long process so would you like a soda?" No I don't want a soda. Normally I wouldn't make a big deal of $2 but it was obvious that laziness was the issue. I said "no, I would just like my money back". She rolled her eyes and said I would have to wait for the manager. The manager (Melissa) came over and right in front of me the two of them had a conversation about how I wanted $2 back. Then Melissa sighed really big and yells out for all to hear "whose drawer was this on? It's going to be off and drive me crazy". Samantha, the one who took my order was standing right next to her and said it was hers. I couldn't believe how rude Melissa was to not only me, but Samantha as well. You never shame your employees. Melissa then took $2 out of the drawer, handed it to me and asked me to sign a receipt. She had me irritated, and so I said "you know I was taxes for this as well. It's not just $2" she hen told me that they don't charge tax on salads and hat they never have. Are you kidding me? I couldn't believe this woman. So I said "so if I buy a $6 salad bar right now, it will cost me $6 even" her response was yes it should. Hen she walked away, went to another register, pushed some buttons and returned with 2 quarters, slammed them on the counter and said "here ya go, have a nice day" and walked away. So rude. Had she of professional from the get go and just done her job properly, this would not have been an issue. The whole time this was happening, Samantha continued to apologize. Melissa and Laura could take some customer service lessons from Samantha. I would rather starve than eat here again. read more

We order pizza a couple times a month and have had a couple small issues with this pizza hut but we always overlooked it because everyone was polite. Today my husband ordered by phone and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes so he goes in and they didn't even put his order in so he orders again and waits there. He wasn't treated the best, so I called when he got home to see what had happened. All she did was tell me what had happened and made excuses. All I wanted was to hear them admit their mistake and apologize. I didn't get it. So they lost a few costumers. read more
