The KFC was located in a big plaza. Parking wasn't hard to find. Came during a weekday dinner. The place was pretty empty. The online order cabinet was empty. There were at least four staff at the counter who all ignored me until a lady asked me if I needed help. Told her my name and she gave me my order quickly. Ordered the Chicken Sandwich for $5.99 and KFC Snacker with Coleslaw for $2.99. Chose a table to eat and found that both of my burgers were refrigerator cold. Guess they assumed people weren't going to eat right away. Brought the snacker to the counter and asked them to heat up the burger. The lady at the counter said that I came late and that was why the burger was cold. I arrived only 10 minutes from my pick up time. I told her both of my burgers were refrigerator cold and my snacker was missing the coleslaw. She said the coleslaw made my burgers cold. But I told her the coleslaw was missing. The snacker came back warm, but the coleslaw in the burger was cold. The burgers were good. The order was for 6 hot wings. They gave us 5 hot wings and one whole wing. The hot wings were so old, stale and dried out they were not eatable. Interior seemed recently remodeled but the tables all had grease/haven't been wiped down. There's a lot of staff but one didn't come up to assist me for a long while when I stood by the counter, which was quite frustrating. I know there's kiosks at the lobby, so staff are probably used to not needing to assist customers. The only reason I walked up was because their kiosks didn't have their special Tuesday deals, and unfortunately the website and app was also down. Finally after some time, I luckily I was approached and I was told I could order it through the guy at the register. I get there and was told "sorry, not ready yet " I waited 40 min with my daughter I asked the manager to just please cancel my order and provide me a refund.
