I always come to this Chick fil A since it's so close to my job & home. But I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. I ordered a Cobb salad to go to take to work for lunch. While I was eating my salad I noticed something dark at the bottom of the salad bowl and i couldn't believe my eyes. It was a dead lady bug I literally threw up once I saw this. We stopped by, when in the area shopping for lunch. They have the new pretzel sandwich and the new drinks. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with the pretzel bun, and the new cherry lemonade. Both were bomb! I have already been thinking about that pretzel sandwich. Can't wait for my next return. I hope they make it a regular on the menu. The cherry lemonade was delicious, but very sweet. The restaurant was located across from Dunn-Edward's Paint. Came during a weekday dinner. Place appeared clean. There were a good amount of people inside. It's pretty cool they had an indoor playground for kids. The app made the ordering process really easy. Just order, scan a table, and sit. They bring the food to your table. You don't have to go to ordering counter. Got the 5 pieces of nuggets for $4.15. The nuggets were really tiny and salty. Good place to bring kids. read more

We arrived as a pack, big group and hungry. The store was so clean and basically empty. We quickly ordered, sat down and our food came. I ordered the hash brown scramble breakfast bowl and oh my goodness. First time trying it and it'll now be the only breakfast item I get. Hash brown was perfectly toasted, eggs so delicious and the chicken was so flavorful. Bathrooms were cleans. Also, I LOVE THAT THEY SAVE SAUCES. They have a container where you can put your leftover unused sauces and they sanitize them for another customer. read more

The owner operator does a great job at consistently offering promotions and free items regularly, but unfortunately the operations side of things is not the case. They consistently mess up my orders (missing items, wrong items) so often that I feel like there should be a third drive thru line/lane just for order corrections. read more

Just had dinner with my wife and O.M.G the service from the dinning room attendant,lady with black glasses walked up to check if we needed anything.we didn't.so she did her walk around and came up just to check if we were ok. We didn't need anything so she did her walk around the lobby and came back again to check if we needed anything again so we said yes and ask for refills on our drinks .she came back with a smile and said MY PLEASURE...then she still asked if she can get us anything else.. Had to stop by 'Chick-fil-A,' Palmdale, CA., as usual (I mean just because the business is Chick-Fil-A not the city). They ran a busy drive through line from what I saw were at least four to five cars in line when I visited this business today on May/1/24. Learned that they keep their drive through line open quite late till 10pm. Closed on Sundays. I was just craving a bit of their cookie dessert and got water here today after eating at California Fish & Grill prior to taking off from the 'City of Palmdale.' So I honestly went back and forth between 3 and 4 stars. Why you may ask, mainly the lines at this location are so bad I often pass on it when I am in the area. They can wrap around the store and spill out into the nearby street and often impact even accessing other stores in this large strip mall. But in the end poor location choice and popularity are not a reason to penalize so 4 it is. Typical fare for this chain. My chicken sandwich should not be greasy from the pretzel bun with the pretzel bun being so hard you have to heat it back up at home in order to eat the sandwich ridiculous. As with every Chick-Fil-A location, the drive thru is always busy especially during the lunch hour. The drive thru here is very efficient and quick. They have two lanes with multiple employees taking orders which helps the lines move along. Your food is ready before you even reach the end of the drive thru. You don't have to wait a long time like some of the other locations. read more
