We also noticed other customers looking frustrated, and saw guests walk in, stand near the entrance for several minutes without being greeted or acknowledged, and eventually leave. Overall, the food itself was good and we can see the potential here, but the customer service really needs improvement. Long waits can happen, especially during busy hours, but feeling ignored or unwelcome makes the experience less enjoyable. With better communication and more attentive service, this place could be so much better.
