While it was never healthy food ... when I was growing up, we would eat KFC every few weeks as a family. It was delicious ... and I dare say even tasted fresh. KFC today is complete and utter trash. Scrawny chicken pieces ... never cooked right ... the mashed potatoes taste like glue ... the mac and cheese is soggy and starchy. This location also has a Taco Bell. We ordered some tacos and chicken ... all of which was gross and most was thrown out after taking a few bites. The only edible thing was the chicken sandwich. Having said that, it still cannot compare to Popeyes of KFC ... I wouldn't even consider it the same food as Chic Filet, which is miles apart from this rubbery, overcooked sandwich. The only thing similar is the pickle. The tacos were absolutely inedible. They contained almost no meat ... no cheese ... all I could taste was shell. And when did a regular, old Taco Bell hard taco with almost no meat cost almost 3 fucking dollars?! Beyond the fact it contains almost no meat, somehow it managed to be an absolute grease bomb, with orange grease dripping everywhere. The chicken was immediately tossed. I am not even sure it it was chicken to be honest. I wouldn't be surprised if it was frog. It was tiny, weird shaped little pieces of chicken with almost no meat and the coating was disgusting ... tasting like grease and fried dirt. No thanks. Never again. Overall, if you happen to be in Webster, MA ... which is part of a super secret shortcut I have to get from Boston to NYC in record time ... you'll know there is literally zero healthy options available to you. The nicest restaurant in the area is a Panera Bread, which should tell you something. The only safe bet on the menu is the chicken sandwich, which is completely average and way worse than most other fast food places ... but at the very least, its edible, unlike the rest of the menu.

I watched the staff make pizzas and bake pizzas in their Italian wood fired pizza oven. My pizza was really great, which was topped with plenty of toppings including pepperoni, sausage, onions, red peppers, mushrooms, red sauce, and melted cheese on a firm thin crust with slightly charred edges in true CT fashion. The drive through lady a white, big, tall, and dark brown or black hair lady takes my card and gives me my receipt and my card back about 4 mins after. After that the driver through lady leaves the drive through space and she screamed to another employee saying to him or her "That's racist"! while I wait for my food with the drive through window open. After she screamed that to that particular individual they all laughed. All three or more of them. It was the drive through lady, a short, skinny, white, blonde lady, and an unknown individual or individuals. They then proceeded to talk about my order after laughing. I was the only one in line at that time, and my order was made wrong also. I was also the only minority as far as I can see. That night was racially motivated harassment by that individual. All the others who laughed did not take it seriously and possible food tampering was involved. 4/15/26: I spoke to the Director of Guest Experience and Office Administration about the horrible incident. She said that I do not need to talk to HR or the GM she will handle it. I said okay. I asked for her to get back to me asap and she said that she will get back. She never did after two days. 4/17/26: I put my shoes on to go to the restaurant to speak to the GM. She told me that she only got a general message about a customer and uncomfortableness from the Director of Guest Experience and Office Administration. I said, "Okay". I told her, "That's probably why I have been waiting for so long for anybody to get back to me because of the general messages she gave you, and she probably did not give you my phone number too". The GM said that, "I talked to them about the event that night and that they got written up. They were having a general conversation one they should not have in the store". I told her inside or outside they should not be having a conversation like that at all. I told her that a write up for all of them was not enough because that was a racist event and that they should be fired and I feel that way personally. I also asked if the Director of Guest Experience and Office Administration tell her to review the cctv footage. The GM told me that, "The cameras have been down since the storm we had". I asked her, "Did you get eyewitness if my food was tampered with"? She said that, "They all said that it was not". I told her, "Okay words are words and cameras would have been a really helpful". I told her I that, "I don't know if I am being ignored, not take seriously, or blacklisted because I tried calling corporate and customer relations number multiple times and corporate goes right into voicemail and the other cannot connect my phone call". She said that she will give the District Leader my phone number and she will call me asap. I gave her it and the GM gave me her phone number as well. I told her about the unprofessionalism with this whole process, not with her, but with the whole process because it should not be taking days to get to the bottom of this, get results, and to keep me in the loop. I am waiting on a phone call from the District Leader, nothing so far. As of now, all three or more people that night on 4/14/26 were having a general racist conversation, and all collectively said that no food tampering was involved with my food. Words are words and I am not naïve, the cameras would have done justice. No cameras= no video and no audio. Now I need to monitor my health, just incase to really see if any food tampering was done. I am not surprised by this event, I am just so disgusted. All three or more of the individuals that was there that night should be fired, and all of the individuals managing this case should be written up, fired or both for not taking this seriously and working with haste.
