    Workers doing nothing but playing rap music and smoking my food took about 30 minutes the cashier was very rude

    Came here around 15 -20 minutes before close and when we drove by all the lights were on and the…read moreopen sign lit up. By the time it took for me to park & walk up to the door- the open sign was unlit and most lights were off? Mind you- NOTHING in Putnam is open at this hour- literally NOTHING. Drove around 15-20 minutes looking for ANYTHING & Subway was all we could find. When we walked in the person working said "I'm about to close" as if they couldn't take our orders... I was with 2 other people and we were kind of left speechless, to which the employee then asked "How many sandwiches?" and I said 2 & the employee then started to make the sandwiches. We ordered our sandwiches & were trying to hurry up feeling bad she was trying to close, when my 5 year old spilled milk- which exploded everywhere. We felt even worse so I I asked her for napkins and quickly cleaned up the mess.... When we got to the car to eat- our chicken sandwiches & all 3 were COLD. Disgusting. It was literally disgusting & inedible-- but we were starving so my son ate his & then all of a sudden I saw a purple/blue disgusting chewy stringy piece of chicken- just before I was about to take my next bite- I LOST MY APPETITE, surprisingly considering how hungry I was! Complete waste of $30! I doubt I'll be back....

    4/14/26: I ordered a trio three whooper jrs the way I wanted them at around 8:39pm. I went to the…read moredrive through window to pay. The drive through lady a white, big, tall, and dark brown or black hair lady takes my card and gives me my receipt and my card back about 4 mins after. After that the driver through lady leaves the drive through space and she screamed to another employee saying to him or her "That's racist"! while I wait for my food with the drive through window open. After she screamed that to that particular individual they all laughed. All three or more of them. It was the drive through lady, a short, skinny, white, blonde lady, and an unknown individual or individuals. They then proceeded to talk about my order after laughing. I was the only one in line at that time, and my order was made wrong also. I was also the only minority as far as I can see. That night was racially motivated harassment by that individual. All the others who laughed did not take it seriously and possible food tampering was involved. 4/15/26: I spoke to the Director of Guest Experience and Office Administration about the horrible incident. She said that I do not need to talk to HR or the GM she will handle it. I said okay. I asked for her to get back to me asap and she said that she will get back. She never did after two days. 4/17/26: I put my shoes on to go to the restaurant to speak to the GM. She told me that she only got a general message about a customer and uncomfortableness from the Director of Guest Experience and Office Administration. I said, "Okay". I told her, "That's probably why I have been waiting for so long for anybody to get back to me because of the general messages she gave you, and she probably did not give you my phone number too". The GM said that, "I talked to them about the event that night and that they got written up. They were having a general conversation one they should not have in the store". I told her inside or outside they should not be having a conversation like that at all. I told her that a write up for all of them was not enough because that was a racist event and that they should be fired and I feel that way personally. I also asked if the Director of Guest Experience and Office Administration tell her to review the cctv footage. The GM told me that, "The cameras have been down since the storm we had". I asked her, "Did you get eyewitness if my food was tampered with"? She said that, "They all said that it was not". I told her, "Okay words are words and cameras would have been a really helpful". I told her I that, "I don't know if I am being ignored, not take seriously, or blacklisted because I tried calling corporate and customer relations number multiple times and corporate goes right into voicemail and the other cannot connect my phone call". She said that she will give the District Leader my phone number and she will call me asap. I gave her it and the GM gave me her phone number as well. I told her about the unprofessionalism with this whole process, not with her, but with the whole process because it should not be taking days to get to the bottom of this, get results, and to keep me in the loop. I am waiting on a phone call from the District Leader, nothing so far. As of now, all three or more people that night on 4/14/26 were having a general racist conversation, and all collectively said that no food tampering was involved with my food. Words are words and I am not naïve, the cameras would have done justice. No cameras= no video and no audio. Now I need to monitor my health, just incase to really see if any food tampering was done. I am not surprised by this event, I am just so disgusted. All three or more of the individuals that was there that night should be fired, and all of the individuals managing this case should be written up, fired or both for not taking this seriously and working with haste. I have been unreasonably patient. This place is disgusting, no racism should be taking place anywhere and racist should not be allowed to keep their jobs at all
