We get take out from this KFC once a week, And get the same dinner meals so we expect to pay the same every time ' but its always a different price. If I can a give 0 stars I so would , I try to give this kfc a chance after a couple months and it's always a fail. I went to get dinner for my family and when I open the bucket the chicken was greasy , you could see that it was cooked with old oil because it was kind of black! tasted really bad , I will never go back to that KFC. If I could give zero star rating I definitely would. Went to order food and asked for chicken tenders and was told "oh yea we don't have them right now, well we do but they take along time to cook" so we said okay then we don't want them and continue to order a side of mash potatoes and macaroni and cheese. Yet when we pull up to the window they only had one thing on our order (yet they repeated our order back to us.) Then say oh you didn't order that and made it a big deal to to fix what they did wrong. Very rude people! So we drove off and told them just forget it since it's a problem. Clean, inside and out. Super fast service (couldn't walk from the register to the soda fountain to fill up my drink before my food was ready), and it was exactly what I ordered. What more could you ask for? Oh, and I got a free large fountain drink just for checking into the restaurant on yelp. Perfect meal. read more

What a strange experience. I have never been to a fast food restaurant that had an employee that seemed angry to take my order. Today around 12:50pm I drove through this KFC with a co-worker to place an order. We had a coupon which stated it was a $5.99 Breast meal that included two sides a drink and a cookie. Once we placed the order we gave him our drink choices, he stated the order didn't come with a drink. We told him what the coupon stated and he still continued to argue. When we offered to show him the coupon a female voice came on the microphone and declined our offer to show the coupon and asked us to wait. A few moments later the original order taker came back onto the microphone recited our original order, then asked us to pull up to the window without even the slightest amount of courtesy or apology. Once we pulled up to the window he then advised us in a very haughty manner that its one coupon per order and he would let us this time use it for two orders. As an aside, thank God I have no money worries so using a coupon for me is more of a convenience then a need. However, if I were hard up for cash his manner would have offended me, or someone of desperate means. In this time of people who would love to have a job, ANY job I cannot imagine why any company would hire a person for a customer service position who has no idea of how to provide it. This is a sad testament to the length that our society has declined if this is acceptable behavior. However, the story keeps getting better. As we drove away I discovered he had 'forgotten' to include our cookies. So, we had to turn around and go back through the drive thru to retrieve them. As we pulled up to the window, his look said it all. He looked disgusted and angry we had returned. Once we advised him he had forgotten the cookies, again no apologies. He just turned and said, "One moment" and returned with the cookies. Wow! Really? This is really so crazy it's laughable. Shame on you KFC, is this really the best and the brightest you could find? This was really a disgustingly sad experience. I shared this so the next person that reads this and possibly has an encounter with this same person, just realizes it's not you it's him, and apparently his sad, sad, sad horrendous life. 1 star for you KFC because my chicken was OK, Zero stars for your employee read more

Was super hungry after work decided to grab something to eat like the new Nashville hot chicken strips, so good very hot but definitely worth it. This location sucks. My cousin and I drove out of our way cause this location had better reviews than the one closer to home. First they didn't have the chicken that I wanted so I was offered what they had ready... then I asked for my gravy on the side. And wow there was barley any gravy in the cup. How skimpy can you be? 11/12/2014 PM SHIFT...this one's for you !!! I arrived at approximately 8:20pm, I ordered at the drive thru, Loaded Famous Bowl, Sierra Mist-No Ice...once I arrived at the window, I added a "To Go Cup- Hot Wings". The young man working the window handed me the drink, filled with ice as he took my money. He then asked me if I would like the wings that were sitting or if I would like the wings cooked fresh, I opted for the Fresh Wings. Once he returned to give me the change, I reminded him that I requested No Ice, he rolled his eyes as he sighed and took my cup and proceeded fix another drink. He returned and handed me the drink with soda dripping down the sides, again he rolled his eyes when I asked him to wipe the sides of the cup before I placed the drink inside of my car. When he returned, he asked me to park on the side since it would take 3 minutes to cook the wings. I obliged. 20 minutes later, from my car, I called to speak with the manager, she shooed me away by quickly saying, "He's packing your order now" this let me know that they were well aware that I was still outside waiting. Of course once I arrived home within 2 minutes, my food was COLD, and the hot wings were warm. I have lived in this community for years and I have not experienced such awful services from this particular KFC. I have never taken the time to write a negative Yelp review, but the service here tonight compelled me to do such. I felt as if this matter could have been addressed and settled when I called from the parking lot and spoke with the manager, a simple apology or acknowledgement would have sufficed. I hope that the store manager will take the time to address the employees/management and review the customer service code of conduct. I do not wish for those whom I encountered tonight to receive reprimand, but take this as a warning and apply change where necessary. Not sure if it's this location only or a corporate decision not to sell 4 crispy breast only. Been here 3 times in the past, each time they say their out of them even though I tell them I can see them in the tray. Tried one last time today, this time I tried to out smart them by asking if they had enough crispy breast for an 8 piece all white meal (4 breast & 4 wings) After checking the tray she came back. After telling me there was enough, she was talking to someone on her head set about my 4 breast request right in front of me. I then told her I wanted the 4 breast only (no meal). As she rang up my order an older girl came to the register and took over. Her total was over $3 more. I asked why is your total more than the other girl. She said it was for the extra breast. (WHAT???) I had to explain to her that I wasn't changing a leg or a thigh into a breast I was just ordering and paying for 4 breast only. She then said sorry but that's the price. I told her you customer service policy stinks, you'll never see me in here again. There was no concern at all of losing a customer, my friend and relatives for life. Never had any problems at Popeyes, there just a little farther from home, it will be worth the extra drive for now on. ( I have no ties in anyway with popeyes ) Just pissed off at KFC read more
