I went through the KFC Drive Thru today for lunch and ordered what I always order, 2 original chicken legs with Mac and cheese instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy, which yes, they charge a ridiculous $1, and also comes with a biscuit. It's not often I see exceptional service in fast food and it's not often I see it at a KFC. I went in the drive thru and Luis gave me the best service I've had at a KFC thus far. Luis was polite, courteous, and very friendly. He told me my chicken littles were a four minute wait and asked if I would be ok waiting. Since there was no one behind me, he didn't make me drive around to the parking lot to wait. He made sure I got my sauce and apologized for almost forgetting it.
