Out of a lot of stuff and they got my order wrong and said I added something when I didn't and food wasn't very good.

if I could give fewer stars I would. I placed an order two weeks ago through the app and got a notification that my order was ready. When we arrived at the restaurant, they couldn't find the order and when they finally did, they told me it would be another 10 they had to cook the chicken that would've made a of a half hour which was too long so I told them just to cancel the order and I wanted a refund, but they said that had to be done online. I've made multiple phone calls to who owns this franchise and had several online conversations and still have not received my refund or a call back from anyone at corporate. never again. read more

Went thru the drive thru and ordered two chicken sandwich chicken combo meals. I ordered mine with no pickle. Got them and parked in the parking lot bc we were traveling. A guy came out with another chicken sandwich and said they made a mistake and said he was sorry mine had pickle. I have never had a fast food worker do this. What a nice thing to do! read more

it's really hit or miss... sometimes the chicken is fresh sometimes you can tell it's old and has been sitting there. sometimes they say they are completely out so you just never know i guess lol read more

I visited store# C119012 today (11-07-22 at 2:07PM) and was verbally assaulted by the employee that mistook my order. My first interaction with this employee was when I first walked up to the service counter and began ordering a 4pc Chicken Combo. He was occupied by something on his register and without verbally greeting me nor making eye contact, gestured at me to stop talking. I repeated that I wanted a 4pc Chicken Combo for $10.29 modified so that two pieces were drumsticks and the other two thighs with no side, biscuit nor beverage. He did not repeat my order back to me even though it wasn't clear if he was paying attention because he also refused to look up at me while I ordered. After leaving the store, I found that I had only received one order of a 2pc Chicken Combo. Even worse, my receipt said that the young man had rang me up for TWO 2pc Chicken Combos $6.00 each. I returned to the store and presented my order with the receipt explaining the misunderstanding to the same young man, who again did not greet me when I walked in. He promptly interrupted me saying, "Ni**er, get out of here and don't come back, you cu*t! I'm going to call the cops if you don't leave!". One of the employees thankfully overheard my original order, heard me calmly ask for a manager and recognized me; she walked up with what she understood to be my correct order and apologetically offered it to me free of charge. The young man physically swept the bag of food away from my reach a crossed the counter, claimed to be a manager himself and insisted again that I leave immediately. I have many friends who have worked for fast food chains and it disgusts me to know that your store has a person like that employed there. No guest of your stores should ever be verbally attacked over a simple misunderstanding and I fully intend to take legal action to prevent another guest from being attacked by that man's racial intolerance. A neighboring store (store# H740022) took my order correctly and I received my items for the accurate amount. read more

They need to open up there indoors it was pouring down rain and we were going to eat inside and they need to open the inside it's more of the staff don't want to clean the inside they are STILL drive through only which is crazy. Terrible service we definitely won't be coming back! read more

This is a pretty standard KFC/Taco Bell. At least it's clean and the food comes out fast and fresh. Service was friendly and the space was clean so no complaints. read more

I went through the drive through, looking to purchase coleslaw. When I asked the employee how many people a large coleslaw would feed, the sarcastic answer I received was "about how many you want it to feed." I ordered 2 large coleslaws, assuming they were decently sized. I was disappointed when I saw how small the containers were ahad to park my car and go inside to order three more, as they were much smaller than expected. The service was very bad, but the coleslaw turned out to be better than expected. read more
