KFC was good but the workers were so rude and I asked for extra ketchup and He said no and told me to go set down and eat and there was a wait when is there ever a wait at KFC it was because all the tables were dirty except for the one seat tables so he had to go clean a big tables for me and my family and he got mad. I stopped at KFC Scottsburg Indiana to go through the drive through to order a family meal. I got in line at 12:00pm and there were 2 cars ahead of me before I could place my order. I waited and finally got to the speaker and placed my order. I waited and waited and waited. Finally at 12:45pm I got to the window to pick up my order. It's bad enough that we have to pay 25% more than the meal is worth, but to have to wait in a drive through line 45 minutes to get it is ridiculous. I'll not go back to this restaurant. read more

A rating of two is generous. The chicken was good which is the only reason I didn't give it a one. Very dirty, employees not in uniform behind counter, lots of high school kids that didn't know their own menu and were not concerned with actually working. I couldn't tell if there was even a manager present. First I was overcharged by ten dollars, then when my order came up, three out of the the five meals ordered were wrong (the two remaining were a buffet).
