Just had the most low quality, driest, dirtiest, and loudest experience ever at this KFC. The crew members that looked like haven't bathed in days, coughing all over the chicken on the line, audibly yelling at each other to shut up about breaks while cooking the wings to zero meat left on the bone. They had to remind crew members to wash their hands and I heard utensils hit the floor- if they washed their hands and/or tongs from the floor or got new ones are occurrences I'm trying not to think about. Should have gone to Popeyes for actual properly cooked chicken by people who care about themselves & each other. Sheldon the manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met. A simple misunderstanding turned into the most ridiculous confrontation. I asked for the thighs in my order to be replaced with legs. When I get home I have 16 legs(again simple misunderstanding) happy to return to the store to make it right however Sheldon the manager says not my problem that she ordered it wrong! I guess he thought I couldn't hear him so I'm just going to return the order. When I get there he is extremely rude and tells me my business is not ever needed. Would not give me the general managers information. Tells me I can leave and never come back! Don't worry I won't. You lost a weekly customer plus a monthly 100 person costumer and all funeral meals will now be going to Chicken Express in Shawnee. This has to be the worst KFC I've visited in a long time. I went there today to try out their new chicken and waffles. The manager was rude as he took my order. The chicken looks overdone and dry. I ordered the combo meal of chicken and waffles and I told them they forgot my drink And I asked if they gave senior discounts? He replied we don't give old Google discounts. Absolutely the worst place for customer service. Tonights experience was like a full 9 innings of strikes. I have never had a good experience here. Tonight the drink machine was not working but they still insist on charging me for the drink on the $5 fill up. You think the Manager would have the good sense to figure out a discount. Customer service at this location was the main turn off for me, as you don't expect exceptional quality from a KFC in the first place. We placed a large order as we were going to be feeding about 15 people. We ordered 3 buckets, 2 sides, and requested extra biscuits in place of the other sides. The woman at the drive-thru sounded super annoyed by this request and so we compromised and just got extra biscuits in place of the 2 sides for 1 bucket rather than both. When we pulled up to the window, the woman took my debit card, ran it, and said "it wants your PIN". I politely asked her to run it as credit to which she rolled her eyes and said "I did. It wants your PIN". She didn't push the number pad through the window or anything and was insinuating that I verbally give her my PIN. I told her I was not going to tell her my PIN and she just kept saying "well it needs it". Finally, after threatening to just erase the whole order, she shoved the pad through the window for me to enter my PIN. This experience made me super uncomfortable as I have never been asked to verbally give my PIN, ever. We were visiting family and now I will make sure they never return. Pathetic. read more

The customer service here is a Shawnee typical. No one here gives a F*€~k if you ever return or if the food is fresh. The chucked had a tough and dry texture. The thought that went through my mind was "fried chicken jerky"! After I swabbed the grease off of the chicken the breading slid right off. Got a Bucket from the drive-thru window on Sunday 8-14-2016. Chicken was lukewarm and greasy and the pieces were small. Obviously the food had spent many an hour in the warmer. Totally dissatisfied. Homeland was out of Rotisserie so had to settle for an inferior product. What a joke! read more
