Ordered a My Hut Box on 7/2/24 which consisted of a Create Your Own Personal Pan Pizza with a side. They had several side choices & I chose Breaded Honey BBQ Boneless Wings for my side choice. I had never tried their boneless wings before & they were just ok. My entire lunch was 7.69 which included tax. The food was hot & ready when I placed my order on the Pizza Hut App. I've eaten at this location both inside & to go orders & it's consistently pretty good. I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas for delivery so I could watch the fight and I got the pizzas the thin crust was burned and then today I got a notification from my card that $3 was added to the total of the order afterward. the delivery driver marked himself a $3 tip on my ticket in which I didn't give him a tip. if there were any lower stars I would give it I didn't even eat anything because it wasn't how i ordered it. Delicious Friday night dinner! We put in a late order for the 2 medium 1 topping pizzas for $6.99 each and cheese sticks and received some of THE best pizza we've had in a long time! Admittedly, it's been nearly a year since we've ordered Pizza Hut and am confident we will be ordering from this location in the very near future! Don't sleep on the Hut- our order was ready in 15 minutes, affordable in feeding the whole family, and had the perfect amount of cheese, sauce, and toppings. We love our local Pizza Hut and we usually have great service, but not today, sadly. Our 2-pizza order was given away on accident and it wasn't noticed for nearly 50 minutes. When discovered, it still took up to 20 minutes to make our 2 new pizzas. After waiting more than an hour, the order of cinnabons we had at our table (intended for an after meal treat) had gotten cold. We mentioned this and were told we could have the original "heated up in the oven". We requested a replacement and requested we not pay for it since it had already been more than an hour since the original order was placed. Our server, Kylie, disregarded this and walked away, unapologetic. I hope our next visit here is better or it will be a long time before we come back again..... Update!
