Hours vary from website. Employees rude. Offered to wait. Told to move from drive thru. Visit many time. Have to wait for menu items often. Incorrect orders or forgotten items. Worst location of Panda, don't go to this location. Other Pandas are great. read more

I have lived here for 3 years and have never tried " The Panda". I wish it was still a mystery. Worse $10.00 I have spent for food. How does this place stay in business? I thought I was ordering veges, rice and protein- something healthy right? I ordered the black pepper steak - the so called baby broccoli was like woody bamboo stalk that even a Panda would struggle with, the onions were disguised as pieces of parchment paper, the bell pepper was old, my jaw is still tired from chewing the black chunks of meat that must have been from an old yak, and finally the brown rice was undercooked and stiff in the center. We have ordered takeout twice from here and there have been major mistakes both times. We just ordered three dinners for our family. The egg rolls were so burned they were almost inedible. I ordered the plate with two entrees. They gave me one of them. It's like they don't know what they're doing there. Food was sitting in pans for you to see & choose. All entrees were VERY dry looking. I like sauce! The chow main noodles barely had any sauce on them & we had to doctor them just to take a couple if bites. Very very dry. We will try to take the rest home to salvage them. The chicken egg rolls were ok, but over cooked on the outside. The honey walnut shrimp are good. I hope they get the quality of their food up & survive! read more

I went thru the drive thru asked for extra sauce and they gave me no sauce whatsoever and I got only half of my shrimp I ordered and the beef and broccoli only had broccoli... like wtf... I've tried to give this place multiple chances but every single time it's like it gets worse and worse. I went through the drive through tonight and the employee was extremely rude. Fast service, both in store along with drove thru. Only longer wait was when ordering chow mein because it was out, and new batch didn't take long to get done. The food's been good every time. Generous portions for relative price compared to other competition. Not sure why others feel this is a bad place, as it far outperforms it's fast food and made to order competition easily (for the most part). Glad to have a unique option and not another generic burger joint that so many default to instead of enjoying different foods. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Worst service I've ever had extremely rude messed up our order. Then we had to wait a half hour for our food along with 5 other cars and they left us sitting out there we had to start to go in a demand our food cause no one brought it out after a half hour. On top of that when I informed the lady she forgot to put our egg roll on your order she decided to fight with me instead of apologizing and allowing me to pay for the egg roll. Food was cold and gave me and my boyfriend food poisoning. Will never eat here again read more
