Worst service of my life- the food was alright but the lady who served us was very rude to my grandpa- he has trouble hearing and does not speak very much English. He ordered food and she yelled at him for not handing the cash to her hand directly- she refused to pick it up from the counter. She then proceeded to yell out things like "is there a problem" while me and my family were just conversing about our day- she then proceeded to tell my grandpa that he needed to fix his act because he was "rude as hell". I am absolutely over this location. I ordered a 3 piece original combo with 2 thighs and a leg, and the sweet n sour saucy nuggets ... I get to the window for them to tell me they are out of original thighs after I paid.. and only have extra crispy at the moment. So they asked me if I wanted the extra crispy thighs or original chicken breast ..I said no that's not what I asked for. This is at 4 something in the afternoon.. why don't you have original chicken thighs cooked or already cooking? They told me it will be a 20 min wait for the thighs so I waited.. when I get my order I check my bag and my nuggets have no sauce on them I told them I ordered sweet n sour nuggets, the lady told me that sauce should be on the side.. not in the bag.. im like I wouldn't have ordered they at all had I known the sauce wouldn't actually be ON the nuggets ...not as a dip.: it's not advertised that way! And these pieces were more like popcorn chicken not nuggets.. there's a difference.. at this point I was so irritated.. left my ranch out of the bag too had to ask for that.. this was all after waiting the 20 mins... it's ridiculous. Just left the KFC in Watkins Park, worst service to date. First of all, when giving my order over the intercom, the female on the other end seemed to have something going on with her. I ordered the three piece dinner of which the menu display in the drive thru lane clearly showed a breast, leg, thigh biscuit cold slaw and a drink. Instead of mashed potatoes I ask for fries which was fine but when I got the meal there was no slaw, two thighs vice one being a breast and the drink was not full. The theory is to check the bag before you drive off and as it seems that is the thing to do at this KFC. This trip is the worst experience yet. Why do I go there? for convivence. I just got retuned from KFC. I was intrigued by the new commercial they have on advertising chicken and waffles. So if course I had to have some. After sitting in a fairly long drive through line, I ordered the chicken and waffles for $5.80. It felt fairly light but I wasn't expecting the small piece of waffle I saw. What a rip off! worst service I've ever gotten in my life. The lady was racist towards me and my whole family she had red and black braided hair with a nasty attitude. I handed her some money for the food we had just ordered and she said "my hands right here you don't need to put the money on the counter" then proceeded to hold her hand out and give me a nasty stare until I handed her the money directly as if it was such a task to pick it up off the counter where I had placed it. we then sat down (keep in mind I'm with 4 kids) and we are just talking about our day at six flags and roller coasters and she says "is there a problem sir" really loudly implying that we were talking about her. we went up to ask for trays and she gave us another annoyed nasty face- like I'm sorry that you have to do your job lady... she then told us we had to fix our act. we already felt very uncomfortable with the whole ambience of the store with her glaring at us. read more

My family and I ordered 6 meals 6 drinks (through Uber Eats)we only received 5 drinks and only one had ice in it, the 3 pc white meat combo only had 2 PCs in it and my wife's BBQ wings were absolutely horrible She wanted me to taste them and I've never seen chicken drumsticks that had more fat on it than meat I don't know if the owner is ordering the cheapest wings or what but this cannot continue if they want people to patronize this establishment, the bad part is that this Watkins Park location is my favorite kfc, come on now y'all gotta do better.‍ read more

Before I drove up to this KFC drive-thru, I already knew I shouldn't be there.... But I decided to go a head and annihilate my diet, overlook the grease, and just do it anyway... But soon after arriving, I saw many signs that confirmed to me that KFC should be permanently taken off of the list of food choices for me. So I decided to order the $5 fill-up. 2 pieces of chicken, 1 side, 1 biscuit, a cookie and a drink for $5. I pulled up to the window, pay the attendant, grab my bag and go. Now I knew better than to drive off without checking my bag, but being that this was a "do it anyway" day, I just drove off without checking. BIG MISTAKE!!! As I'm approaching the stop light (well off of KFC campus now), I look in my bag for the straw to put in my drink.... NO STRAW... dang. Well, I'll just drink out of the cup. Next I go for the gusto and grab a piece of chicken and the amount of grease was more than the normal, it was completely UNDOABLE. At this point, I'm grossed out, and decide not to eat the chicken. I then reached for a napkin because grease was dripping everywhere..... NO NAPKINS... Wow KFC... Really?! So then I say to myself, well, let me just eat my cookie. How can they screw up a cookie. As I feel around in my bag, I don't feel a cookie. So when I made it to a stoplight, I do a more thorough search in my bag only to find out.... NO COOKIE! What?!... Are you serious?!... So now, I'm a little more than disturbed... and I decided, let me just go ahead and take this box back and get my lil' $5 back. I'll be honest, I'm a chicken snob and refuse to buy fried chicken from a fast food restaurant. That said, the hubs informed me that they now had grilled chicken and it was actually good. So I tried it. We got the family meal as we were on our way to our parents' house and the special was affordable.The chicken was OK. The seasonings were tasty but it was a little too greasy for my taste. The string beans were salty and I actually had to rinse them off in order to eat them. The mashed potatoes were average, but the bad thing was they told us they were out of the potato wedges. WHAT?!?! I am a potato nut and get quite cranky when I don't get my french fry fix. This location is absolutely terrible! They consistently get your order wrong. I can't tell you how many times I have had to return back to this location for them to provide me with the food that I ordered originally. The manager seems apathetic at best. WOW... this place was such a waste of time. I went to the Watkins Park location, on a Monday afternoon, around 6p/m, in line behind a young lady. We both walked in about the same time and pretty much just stood there, as 5 or 6 kfc Employees walked back and forth in front of us, pretty much ignoring us. One employee at least acknowledged our presence, saying he'll "be with you guys in a minute." So we waited a minute... two minutes... five minutes... Nearly 20 minutes of these guys going back and forth, behind the counter, in front of the counter, stocking straws and napkins, cleaning who knows what, working the drive through, but completely ignoring myself and the young lady in front of me. We both ended up walking out. Save your time and your money. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! There is a Popeyes literally across the street corner from this KFC (Popeyes is better than KFC Anyways). And if you are really craving KFC, go to the location on Sheriff Road and MLK (MD 704). I ended up going there instead and it was GREAT. I am actually about to write them a 5 star review as soon as I am finished with this. So, in conclusion, this place sucks. It's a waste of time and should be avoided. Save yourself the headache and drive the extra 5-10 minutes for another spot. read more
