I still like the food overall. This location does a pretty good job getting your order to you quickly, but sadly you have to check your bag before you pull away if you are in the drive thru because there is at least a 50/50 chance something is missing. I will give this location kudos for not bowing to the boring corporate grey box just about everyone is going to anymore, giving that fun family feel it has long had. Overall, still a solid meal. So our family tradition has ALWAYS been KFC for the 4th of July, so I ordered it ahead of time because last year they ran out of a few things and we ALWAYS enjoy the leftovers - who doesn't love KFC? I have been eating at KFC periodically for over 50 years; boy it has gone downhill. The chicken and mashed potatoes were almost uneatable. The biscuits were good. 5 meals cost nearly $60 and it is pretty much self service (kiosks and drink stations). Not sure if I will go back again. If I do, it won't be soon. read more

The shift leader was busy picking his seat and continued to work with their product. I ordered a bucket meal that came with a 1/2 gallon drink. When I got home I discovered that the soda did not have syrup and was awful. I went down there to get a new one again and had to wait 15 minutes before they even came over to ask what I wanted. When I told the girl what was wrong she told me to go refill it myself and walked off. I can't believe they are that rude to customers. Is this how they treat return customers? Save your money and eat elsewhere! The 2 dinners I ordered for myself and a co-worker went straight to the trash. A 2 piece breast and wing combo consisted of 1over done, hard thigh in Extra Crispy. A 5 piece tender combo came with 5 tenders that are chocolate brown in color, too hard to bite into, and so dry that it makes a sound when snapped in half. Both of this trash dinner came with biscuits that were as hard as a hockey puck, 2 Dr. Pepper that were flat and SALTY - SALTY! - and fries that were ice cold and thawed out, not cooked. This "food" is not suitable for human consumption! Manager, shift lead, franchise owner - you need to TASTE what your employees are sending out to the paying public. The new $3 famous bowls are a scam.(see pics)This is the only KFC that sells famous bowls with a smaller ridged out bowl so less food fits in the container. I was lied to at the window when they said it is the origianl size as usual. Dont order famous bowls from this location until they bring back the orignal bowls. They obviously designed the bowls like this on purpose. Lying to the public is not ok. You get 2/3 the amount of food you would normally get. -As you can see the "new ridged" bowl pretty much tapers off inwards right at the ridges. It gets even worse on the inside as it tapers 3 times inward to a point.(lots of ridged plastic taking up space) The original classic style is from a post falls KFC. It is flat on the sides and bottom. The ridged bowl screws you 1/3 of your food. No joke. Boycott this kfc. read more

Yet again a terrible experience... We only came back just because it was late and thought that perhaps things had changed since our last visit. Sadly it has gotten worse. The VERY unfriendly kid who took our order (Xander) was not friendly, mumbled, and seemed disinterested in being there let alone help people. We ordered the $20 tender meal and the kid said he couldn't find anything other than the 8pc and he could let us know how much more the 12pc would be....it was too much to figure out apparently. We asked for macaroni as a side and were charged for coleslaw. Also asked for a $10 popcorn chicken. We also asked for a pickle chicken sandwhich.After my wife noticed the slaw on the order she asked Xander to make sure we got macaroni. He said he would let the guys know. We received our meal...cold tenders, coleslaw of course, and a large popcorn chicken...not the small bucket we paid for. And the chicken sandwhich we got was not the pickle one we asked for it was one of their hot BBQ ones. We didn't notice that the sandwich was wrong until we got home. I watched Xander pulling napkins from the dispenser to put in our bag...one at a time and he essentially had a wad of napkins he stuffed into the bag rather than pull a stack out and putting in the bag. We were told that the reason we got the small was they didn't have any more prepared and it would take a few more minutes to get what we asked for. The "manager" on shift got our macaroni and popcorn chicken for us and of course asked us if we wanted free drinks or cookies. He apologized for the inconvenience but by this point we were just done. This isn't the first time we have had a problem here. We have decided that we will not come back again. The first time we had an issue was right after the tenders were available and we got some little nugget looking things. When we complained we were told that we got them because they ran out of the regular ones and they went to a store and bought some terrible substitutes. Note to the owners....each time we come the customer service has progressively gotten worse. I wont be surprised if this location closes based on the terrible service. read more

Staff is made up of a lot of younger kids so if you are looking for a friendly staff this is not the place to visit. Food is good pretty much what you would expect from any KFC and it was out pretty fast! My biggest complaint is there $5 fill ups are $5.99 if you make the shortish drive over to CDA Idaho you will get slightly friendlier staff cleaner location and a $5 fill up that is actually $5 lol. Over all staff is not very nice or well trained, Food is okay, the dinning room is in need of some updating and maybe a deep cleaning. chances are we will not be back. read more

attempting to get a delivery from this location was an awful experience. new user to delivery order for KFC, the web link send you to order through Yelp (surprised but not an issue they are well known). I missed selecting delivery somehow, and the order completed and paid. Being unable to go an pick up I called the Yelp customer service, result here not very helpful told me to call the KFC location they could do nothing. Called the FFC location manager was rather rude and directed me to call a different number to get the order delivered. This continued for an hour, my order was ready all this time. This time the number was for grub hub customer service, finally a helpful and pleasant person. She explained to me the issue, said i would have to re-order and that she could cancel the order. Not trusting the rude manager at the KFC location I chose not to re order, I felt I would end up getting the old barely warm, rubbery order as it had been ready for so long. She is absolutely the most unfriendly person working there, she does not make eye contact, say your welcome, ask if you need anything else or even say have a good day. I really like KFC chicken but the 3$ chicken bowl was the not what I excepted. This was an entire bowl of masked potatoes with maybe a tsp of gravy mixed in with a lot of cheese on it. Once I got home, I realized they had forgotten to add the previously mentioned toppings on my sandwich. Called the restaurant's phone number and spoke to the manager. She was very polite and offered me to come back and get a new sandwich. Once I returned, not only did she get me a new sandwich, but also got me a brand new meal and drink included for FREE.
