This specific BBW location is such a hit and miss with wait times, service, and quality of food. On our most recent visit we waited approximately10-15 minutes for a server to come to our table even though there were about 6 walking around in the section we were sat in. We were trying to be patient because unfortunately my hubby loves BBWs and this is a location we are very familiar with and know from experience service is commonly slow. We decided to give a few more minutes and if the wait time exceeded 20 minutes we were leaving. Our server eventually showed up, and since we are "experts" in ordering we were not going to risk waiting so we placed our food order at the same time as our drinks. Food and drinks came out about 8-10min later. This time my cauliflower wings were hot, nice and spicy mango habanero flavor but I was disappointed they no longer top them off with chopped green onions, pickled jalapeño slices and sesame seeds. Now they are serving them without toppings which is awfully sad as they are pretty pricey item on the menu. Hubby orders his usual which is 18 traditional, all flats, extra crispy medium heat level. They no longer serve chopped carrots rather itty bitty ones from a bulk package. They serve less carrots and less celery. A shame when you need something to help cool your mouth from the flaming heat of our favorite sauces. Overall, we have seen a commonality amongst BBW restaurants regardless of geographic location, service is slow. Expect long wait times for a server to hit your table. Expect wait times for drinks and drink refills. Wait time for food depends on what you order. Extra crispy wings add a few more minutes usually. We will continue to frequent BBWs to appease the hubby. I'd prefer not to but I'll always do it for him. read more

So, several things that I was upset about before have been fixed. Saucy buffalo wings rather than a rub, check. Seating area has realistic sized tables that not right on top of each other, check. Still charging for ranch or blue cheese with wings, so boo hiss on that. I will say they should call this place Wings and More because the other food they serve is actually pretty good too, and the prices are pretty reasonable (well reasonable by today's standards). We came for lunch and were excited to their new items. The first order of buffalo chicken dip came out with some gross, oily fuzz on it. Morgan was extremely rude, we came in ready for some wings and wanting to do so on the patio seating as it is nice weather outside, as i requested this seating she gave me a dirty look and said "at 10 oklock at night?" i stated yes, and she gave me another look and said "okay" in a weird tone. this made me and my friend feel uncomfortable as why is my seating choice being questioned when it is something that is offered? she then approached the waiter asking if she can seat us outside and the waiter told her no due to her being the only waiter. this is definitely not appropriate as there were roughy 3 tables seated inside, it was not busy at all and it's really not that big of a deal to seat me and my one friend out side. Due to Morgan's judgmental comment and the waiters response we felt too uncomfortable to eat there and left. Cassie is always a pleasure and makes great drinks. She's very personable and always smiling. We love her! Andy on the other hand, not impressed! Sad to say that he was not good. His service lacked and he mixed up our drinks then never put the next ones in, I ate my entire meal without a drink. 20 minutes before our order was taken as I watched him take orders from new tables that walked in... management did comp our food, but all I wanted was for Andy to be better next time. My last 10 ordered have been completely wrong, I'm autistic and have ordered the exact same thing from you guys since I was 21 and have never had any issues til coming to the Spokane valley. Usually, although furious I'm able to get down there to get it fixed (10 times 7 times so far) however I totaled my car on the 22nd and my last three orders have still been completely incorrect and I've been completely unable to get down there to get it resolved. If you have a gift card which they push on you hard, and you want to check your balance? You only get one attempt in 24 hours, and if you don't the number in right or mess up on the captcha, well you have to wait until tomorrow. I've been to Buffalo wild wings before but on the other side of the state.I do have to say that I appreciated that the volume of the music playing did not bust my ears at this location. I could actually hear the people talking to me across the way and the waitress.. That was a pleasant surprise. We ordered: Traditional wings Boneless wings Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries buffalo ranch chicken ssandwich with fries side of mac and cheese Side of fries to go with the boneless wings Boneless seem to be more dry and battery, It was agreed that the traditional was it more meaty and better. My Nashville hot chicken sandwich was super messy but I had a decent taste The Buffalo ranch chicken my son was the best chicken sandwich he's ever had. The mac and cheese my husband reported tasted like they used queso cheese sauce. Was definitely not worth $5 They brought the food to us as it was hot off the grill so we all didn't get our food at the same time. I get the idea of one in our food to be hot and fresh but three of us ate our meal almost completely gone before my husband was able to get his food. Man, this place is going to be at 1 star with me at this rate... we all know what to expect at a BWW but the staff here is horrible, no customer service here almost every time! I did a to go order, placed the order an hour ago, the order was supposed to take about 30 minutes to be ready, showed up AFTER the time given for the order to be ready and now I have to wait an additional 10 minutes and after a long day at work the last thing I want to do is sit in my car and wait for food that shouldve been ready. Absolutely horrible service. This was by far one of my worst experiences at a BWW. The sides are 6.50 to 7.00 and with the portion size they tried to give us, it was about .78 cents a mushroom piece and there were only 9 pieces. The assistant manager (shift leader) had the audacity to tell us that our tiny portion size looked like 6oz of a serving of garlic mushrooms. And that he fired another batch just out of the goodness of his heart and would give it to us free of charge. He literally said it sarcastically. Moving on.... The mushrooms also were squishy in the middle and seemed like they needed cooked longer from the frozen state they were originally in. freshly frozen for the win? This place has shrunk it's portion sizes over 5 years to 1/3 the amount with higher prices. The happy hour has also moved an hour later to 10pm when it use to be 9pm The service is slow and often brings out barely warm food. 60 cents for a tiny cup of watered down ranch is also extremely pompous. Thank GOD the off-brand ketchup is free so the dry wing doesn't get stuck in my throat. ALSO the Monthly SPECIAL limited edition sauce, Korean BBQ, 10 days into the month and they were OUT OF IT! This place shouldn't be still in business, but alas Spokane valley is a chain food city. AVOID this Buffalo Wild Wings! They are not all this bad, but the prices are. 1 of 5 stars barely deserved!
