My hubby ordered us some chicken wings and bread sticks last night. I am not happy because his card worked fine, so time we got our food a card I was using was declined. If a card is declined at the restaurant do not send the food out to be delievered. I have had this problem before with the same pizza guy. And since the driver from before gave us the food it came out of his check. I think the payment should come out of this drivers check as well. How stupid! Yesterday was our 3rd visit in the past three months and everything about this particular Pizza Hut stands out head and shoulders above! Each time we visited on a Sunday for lunch and each time we have been greeted with a huge smile and a boatload of enthusiasm by the female staffer. Each time the restaurant has been clean, bright, and inviting. There is always a plethora of specials to choose from and the timeliness, presentation, and taste have been incredible! I've always loved this location. I've never had a bad experience here in my 20 years of coming here. Although COVID restrictions made ordering different, the worker was very kind to help my friends and I order food. I'm sure we weren't the easiest to work with but the worker there was patient, nice, and made us feel welcome. The food was amazing as always. We ordered a Big Dinner Box with wings and all of it was high quality. Although COVID restrictions and the absence of certain menu items could have made the trip more difficult, the kindness of the worker helping us was more than enough to earn a 5-star rating and future visits from us. Ok, I know this is a pizza chain, and I prefer the one location premium places back east, but Pizza Hut has really upped the ante. New sauces, which are really good and not just gimmicky. New crust options at no extra charge. More meats and veggies to choose from. Sauce drizzled on top if you want. Gluten free for those that need it. And they have (for now) knocked prices down. All great things. As for this location. They used to be terrible with customer service. Like I haven't been here in over a year and a half until recently terrible. Now, there are friendly greetings. There is an upbeat vibe that is enjoyable to be around. There is a feeling they are glad you came and are going to work hard to make you want to come back. This is a dine in Pizza Hut. We called ahead and ordered the two large, two topping deep dish pizzas, with bread sticks special. Which came out of the oven right after we arrived and were seated. Having two young kids with us we very much appreciated the pizza being ready. The staff was great, everything inside was typical of a Pizza Hut restaurant for the last 20 years. Our only issue unfortunately was the pizza and obviously the main reason we were at Pizza Hut. This was the WORST pizza I have ever had! I would have enjoyed a frozen pizza so much more than what we were served. To clarify it was not the taste, it tasted fine/normal. The big problem was the pizza had almost no sauce, or cheese on it. Some pieces literally had no toppings at all on it just a little cooked sauce. I took pictures and posted them. The sausage and olive pizza had slightly more cheese and sauce than the Canadian bacon which, was just wrong. It's been a long time since we ate Pizza Hut pizza, it might be even longer next time if ever again . I would be embarrassed to serve people pizza like that. Has Pizza Hut cut back on ingredients to save money, or did the cook have a off night...? Having little children and getting close to their bedtime we chose not to complain and ask for different pizza, but wow. read more

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. When I walked in, I was not greeted. Two employees made eye contact with me and didn't say a word. I was confused on if the dine-in was open or not (because no one was sitting down). After standing there for 5 minutes, I was able to track down an employee and ask if the dine-in was open. She was bitchy and said "does it say closed?!" Once I decided to leave and not eat here, the brat WAIVED me goodbye. Will not be coming back. Ordered online and opted for curbside pickup. The ordering process was quick and my order was brought out as soon as I checked in. The lady that handed me my pizza was very upbeat and friendly. Taking away 2 stars because my order was a bit more expensive than the deal advertised, the marinara sauce that came with the bread sticks was missing, and I got no answer when I called multiple times to see if I would be able to drive back and get the marinara sauce. read more

Upon entering the hut of pizzas, we were greeted by a tall, socially awkward, but kind employee who seems to enjoy his job. We were immediately seated and were given some suggestions on what they're promoting. We decided to go with the cheesy bites pizza. It came in good time. We liked the pizza. I especially like the cheesy bites part. It's light and fluffy with mozzarella baked in. Our waitress gave us free breadsticks (I guess someone else mis-ordered, so a bonus for us!). Overall -- Good service, good pizza, not the best pizza, but good. Plus, they have TV's placed throughout the restaurant with sports on. read more

The food is always so fresh! I don't feel like it's weighted down with grease like Pizza Hut and dominoes. Delivery can sometimes take up to 45 mins or an hour but that is to be expected with any delivery and the taste is way worth the wait. The website could use some updating, just because I tried to order from my phone a few times and had the order canceled twice and I am unable to see all of the pizza items because they won't load. Legit! Worked for Pizza Hut for 5 years in college and I still cannot get enough of it. You'd think I'd hate it after eating pizza 4 times a week back then, but it's still my go-to. Thin crust all the way. Sausage, Peppers and Pineapple. Chicken, peppers and pineapple is a win too. read more
