This was not my best experience. I took my son here for dinner last night, and I'm not very impressed. For starters, I asked for a diet Pepsi, and our waitress brought me a regular Pepsi. Twice. Buuuut, people make mistakes, so that's fine. I told her that I didn't want a bun for my burger, and a little while later, she asked me if I wanted it lettuce wrapped. I said, "Sure. ", but when our food came, I was disappointed to see my burger thrown between 2 leaves of Romaine lettuce, not wrapped, no care given. I wound up eating it with a fork. Along with really bland coleslaw, it was NOT worth $15.50. Not one bit. Lastly, I got charged for my meal, plus someone else's meal! When I called to talk to them about it last night, the girl I talked to told me that items will drop off at 3 am. Say what?? I've NEVER heard of that, and I have worked in retail a very long time. When I asked her why, she gave me a lame explanation of, "Oh, I don't know, that's just how we do it here.", and told me to call back the next day. I called back today, because-SHOCKER-the $30 I was overcharged did NOT "fall off". I was asked for my name and number for the owner to call me back. This was at noon. It's now 5. No phone call. I'm not very happy. I'm actually pretty pissed. I want my $30 back. Please. I didn't want to pay for someone else's meal, which, by the way, the girl I talked to today said was common-them charging a customer for another customer's meal. Went tonight 04/40/21 and was not impressed. We have been before and this was by far our worst experience. Menus were filthy and definitely not cleaned or sanitized. It went downhill from there. Wings were over cooked and very small. Like seriously small. Of the 24 wings we were served about six of the drums were normal size. All of the flats were anemic with little meat on them. The cole slaw was warm and so was the beer. Next time we will go somewhere else. Don't waste your money. This place is expensive and the food is terrible. read more

The first thing that stood out is the decor. There are a lot of unique signs and figures throughout the premises but it is very interesting to take some time and see what's out on display. The beginning of our visit started out a bit awkward. My intention was to place a bigger order because I was headed back to the Seattle area and wanted to have dinner ready in case our commute went longer than expected. It was a holiday weekend after all and you never know how huge the impact will be until you hit the road. Why is this relevant you ask? You see, we were a group of 6 and after we placed our orders, the waitress felt it was necessary to make remarks about how much we all ordered. Everybody was really offended by this. Everything placed a normal order with the exception that we grabbed an extra 14 wings for the road for a family of 3. I'm not sure if this was a poor sense of humor but it was uncalled for her to give us, your customers, the impression that we are inconveniencing you with our business. As far as the meal is concerned, the food was great. I ordered Huckleberry BBQ (GF), Peanut Butter & Jelly (GF), Thai Peanut chicken wings with sweet potato fries with some extra wings to go. They were very crisp and flavorful. My favorite was the peanut butter and jelly and the Huckleberry BBQ. To be honest, I would never have thought about eating this combination of flavors with chicken but it was spectacular. This was officially the worst meal I have ever had from a restaurant! We took my brother in law and family there for Father's Day based on the reviews by the Inlander and I could not believe how bad it was. We were in such shock we couldn't even say anything to the waitress. The wings were TINY and extremely over cooked and dry. My sister had the nachos and they were covered in movie theater style nacho cheese and questionable beef. I ordered the honey garlic sauce (which was very good...not alot of taste of garlic, but good none the less) and lemon pepper dry rub (which didn't have a taste of lemon, hardly at all, they need to go back to the drawing board on that rub). I also feel like that they precooked the wings, let them sit around and then just quick fried them again cause the meat was not juicy at all (dried out). This place is definitely a dive. Seating is crowded and badly outdated. Epoxy filled tables must have been fun 20 years ago but now are worn and nasty. One girl was running the dining area. It was pretty slow though. Kids in the kitchen cooking do not wear gloves while handling food. I observed one knid wearing a hat but he took it off to let his hair down. He shook it around, fluffed his hair with bare hands and went back to cooking without washing his hands. Other kid had no hat nothing to hold hair back. He was touching his face a lot in-between cooking without washing hands. I ordered wings and onion rings. Food was over cooked. Poorly cut wings... probably but the most affordable frozen chicken available.Chicken had no flavor to meat and tasted like the bone. Dry rub lemon pepper tastes more like garlic than lemon. And was over poured on really dry tasteless meat. My body ordered the BBQ burger and it was not great. Standard frozen restaurant fare seems to be the the best fare you get here. Skip this and cook at home. Food is really overpriced for what you get and the poor cooking. Need a tooth pick to chisel the dry meat from my teeth. The food was really good. Got take-out didn't dine-in so I could drink my own chocolate milk with my own ranch potato chips to save money because it tasted good but the menu looked very over-priced. This has been my favorite wing joint to date. The sauces are amazing. The sides are great and they offer some unique and delicious beers. We tried some Jamaican Jerk, Samurai Sumo and Honey Garlic wings. I enjoyed them all. Lots of flavor and the Jamaican Jerk had the perfect amount of kick to go with it. We also decided that it would be a good idea to try a couple of wings with the code red sauce. They definitely brought on the heat. I was able to kill the spice fairly quickly, but it leaves your mouth and insides burning for a while afterwards. I really loved eating here and I will definitely return. Well, the flavors are ok on most, but nothing really stands out as a favorite. For Spokane's limited selection, I guess they aren't bad. Just have tried wings across the country and these guys rank kind of in the middle. Now that we have Buffalo Wild Wings in town, I think this joint will lose some business because there is a better tasting option now. The quality to price ratio just isn't there anymore, 3.50 for a soda, this is hearty American bar food, not fine dining. With 2 salads, 2 apps, and 2 drinks I left after tip at 67 dollars for a trip here. The salad just wasn't worth it, although the chicken was fantastic, the lettuce was served cold enough to hurt your teeth and taste like the plastic container it came from. The portion was generous but just had no umpf. I've been coming here for years, and I hate to say it, but this was my last trip. The prices put me out for it, they just aren't reasonable anymore. When we arrived home we discovered the "boneless wings" are now just chicken nuggets covered in sauce. If I wanted chicken nuggets I'd make them myself. It would be a hell of a lot cheaper, that's for sure! Oh, and when I asked for more ranch and blue cheese, I was scolded and charged for it...even though it's freely offered if you eat in. The gal said the 4 half filled 2 ounce portion cups. was "more than a whole bottle of sauce"... Last time I calculated 4 ounces was approximately 1/4 of a 16 ounce bottle.
