I approached one of the employees and asked about the status of our order. She said "the chicken fingers are in the freezer so it takes extra time to cook". Chicken fingers from the freezer do not take 20+ minutes to cook in a commercial fryer. Another employee was singing, not paying attention to anything rgoing around in her work station, touching her hair etc. Then I noticed a basket of fries and another basket of chicken fingers behind her.
