Matcha milk tea with bubbles and popping jelly
    Tori H.

KFT delivery to work is always a great pick me up! It was still cold and the straw was put in but with the wrapper attached.

Kirby's Fruity Flurry with Berry Crystal Bubble + Strawberry Jelly
    Virginia H.

This was my spot to go to after a long day at work. They not only have milk tea flavors, they also have yogurt, coffee, slush and some specialty choices to choose from. We wanted to try the new Kirby's Fruity Flurry with Berry Crystal Bubble. I was also able to add a free topping from the app so I chose Strawberry Jelly. It was like a slushy; fruity and refreshing, but very sweet. Their service has always been nice and fast, but I usually have minimal interaction with the staff because I order through their app. The new Blue Island Punch and their signature Milk Tea has always been my favorite!

    S'mores Slush w Oreo
    Katherine T.

I came here with a friend because we had a t-mobile coupon to get $2 off any drink. It was so cold the day we went but that s'mores slush caught my eye! I decided to add Oreo because why not? I loved the slush but was a little disappointed you couldn't really taste the marshmallow at all, maybe I just didn't get enough fluff in mine but it overall I still really enjoyed it! My friend ended up getting the same thing minus the Oreo and really enjoyed his. The space is still cluttered from what some other folks have posted but they do have high table tops and chairs to sit at while you wait or to chat. The staff was also very kind and fast when making the drinks, I didn't wait for more than 5 minutes before I got my drink even though there were about 4 people in front of us. I'd definitely come back considering this place is easiest to park at in comparison to the one in Clarendon that only offers street parking around the Arlington location.

    Wow Milk w/ oreos

Tried bubble tea a few times in high school and wasn't a big fan, so I never revisited. Recently someone I follow has been posting this place a lot and mentioned an oreo flavor. I LOVE oreos, so decided I'd give bubble tea another go. BEST and worst decision I've made in a while. Best because I love it now. But worst because I've gotten a *little* obsessed and have been ordering multiple times a week now! My favorite is the oreo wow milkstrike and my gf gets the mango green tea and adds boba.

Pretty disappointed, more than half is foam. Rosehip Milk Tea
    Se C.

Ordered one medium and one large rosehip milk tea through the kft app. Both of the drinks were half tea and half milk skim/ foam, basically air. Pretty dissatisfying as I know kft is better than this. Not sure if the workers realized that it's easier to make one portion to split between a large and a medium, but they miscalculated the volume and tried splitting that into two drinks. I could have probably gotten one medium cup and split that to get the same amount as the two half cups they gave me. I feel like I was ripped off. Paying close to $10 for basically one drink. Let's step it up with the quality next time.

Kung Fu Teas was pretty good. The service was quick and the wait was pretty short. My tea was a little sweeter than I'd usually like it, but I'd definitely go again and try a new brew.

Passion Fruit Green Tea w/ Mango Poppables (right) White Grape Lemonade (right)
    Jamie N.

I loved my Passion Fruit Green Tea! The flavor of the mango poppables were super delicious! My husband had the special which was the White Grape Lemonade, his was so much better than mine! Both drinks were delicious. My only feedback is the numbering system could have been a bit better. We forgot our number because we started a discussion, a number on a paper might have been a bit more helpful. Great yea, great overall experience! I would return!

Kung Fu Tea has ALWAYS been the spot to go to. They cover the classics and exciting flavors. Their green tea and green tea based drinks will always be my favorite, something that I always go back to. Kung Fu Tea is a great place to take those that are just discovering boba/bubble tea! I'd recommend the classic milk tea with bubbles or taro slush for beginners. For tea lovers I'd recommend the Honey Green Tea No Milk with Aloe Jelly and 50% sugar to really get that tea flavor! This location in particular is clean, service is quick, and the is cutely decorated with its figurines! I definitely recommend checking out.

Still a solid four but after patronizing this spot for almost a year, I've learned a few tricks of the trade. Underrated go to order: Wintermelon Milk Tea Zero Percent Sweetness Red Bean Pudding All of the milk options are dairy free which is awesome. Original milk tea is made with powdered milk but if you get a WOW milk they use Lactaid which I feel is a little bit healthier since it has a shelf life. For those watching your sugar they do blend the powdered milk with sugar so even if you get zero percent sweetness it's still going to be pretty sweet. Wifi password is wethankyou which I am currently using to write this review. Thanks Kung Fu Tea!

I spend $5-7 in a cup of coffee at Starbucks from time to time, so why not spend $4-6 on a cup of milk tea? + Locations popping up left and right. + LevelUp loyalty rewards system. + Variety of dessert drinks. - It's probably too much sugar for my own good. - A Starbucks concept made for teenagers.

Friendly staff and quick service. Not a lot of variety in flavors but the tea was good. The green tea, coffee flavors and Thai tea are good. I like how they give you the option to ask for less or more sugar and also let you choose the type of boba or jelly toppings. They have hand sanitizer and have social distancing guidelines in place. It's a little pricey compared to other places but the bottom line is that I would come back here again.

terrible egg pudding, tasted like gross leftover pieces. We drove off in our car before I took a sip or I would have complained

They have everything from small bites like cookies and pastries to full size cakes & tarts. They also have single serve slices of some of their cakes like the chocolate mousse cake. We went for breakfast sandwiches and tried both of the base bread options. The snowflake bread was soft and pillowy (my favorite) and the brotchen bread was slightly crisper & a little bit saltier, also amazing. Eggs are fluffy and a great portion size. Added cheese to each and smoked bacon. A delightful breakfast treat. On the way out, I got a baguette for a last minute appetizer need. It was so soft and freshly baked (and big!). I'm going back today for more fresh bread. There's also plenty to shop for like mustards, jams, cheese and charcuterie, grab and go items, and beverages. This place has summer chalet vibes & is very upbeat and friendly. Lines can get long during typical busy hours, so it's not super quick if you're in a rush. Great place to come relax.

They're best known for their bingsoo, or Korean shaved ice, which is perfectly fluffy and delightful, with a sweet, milky flavor that acts as a great canvas for all their toppings. You can't go wrong with of their bingsoo options, but they do run a little bit large and are meant for 2-3 people to share. If you're in the mood for something smaller, they do have a delightful selection of other desserts, chief among which is their rice paper waffle. This glorious confection is a super light, crispy waffle made entirely out of rice paper (which, as a side bonus, also means it's gluten-free). It's slightly chewy on the inside but generally incredibly crunchy and airy. It comes topped with a lovely rice-based syrup that tastes a bit savory -- almost malty -- and black sesame. You can also just get a scoop of their rich, creamy ice cream (instead of the shaved ice that it normally comes on top of), and it will be topped with a generous helping of red bean paste, injeolmi powder, sliced almonds, and corn flakes. The combination of flavors and textures levels up this humble little scoop to a full-scale dessert with sweet, savory, and nutty notes. Aside from their sweet treats, Soricha also has a bunch of fun drinks. They have a long menu of expertly brewed artisan teas, or you can also cool down with one of their refreshing fruit mixes. The omija berry refresher is particularly lovely, with a great balance of tart and sweet flavors that make it the perfect summertime drink. Beyond the food, the service is also super friendly and quick, and the cafe is gorgeously decorated with chill, relaxing ambient music. It's a delightful place to hang out with a friend to chat, finish some work, or do a bit of reading. I will note, however, that it is quite expensive -- the bingsoo is about $20, and the teas are a minimum of $7. It's so worth it every time, but it's definitely more of an occasional treat than an everyday indulgence.

That said, a small menu often times means each and every dish is excellent (jack of all trades, master of none)? I picked up the Cucumber Tuna Cup-bob, Cucumber Tuna Rolls, and Cucumber Kimchi. All were top notch - fresh, light (healthy feeling), with good flavor. Everything tasted original and the freshly prepared. The Cucumber Kimchi had a decent kick to it (spice), so beware if you're used to less spicy kimchi. The bonus and probably what sets them apart is their focus on quality ingredients (halal meat with korean food? unheard of!). I'd love to see them add an option for 100% grass fed beef as well. What impressed me even more is that we bought it right before closing, didn't eat it immediately, and it still tasted amazing hours later even after being refrigerated. The mocha cake was well-made, soft, spongy, and clearly high quality, but it just wasn't for me. It has a strong coffee flavor, so if you're a coffee person, you'll probably love it. For me, it was about a 6/10. Now the real star: the apple pastry. This was everything. Perfectly flaky, lightly crisp on the outside, and filled with fresh, flavorful apples. It melted in your mouth! could've easily eaten multiples of these!! Service was also a highlight. Even though we came in right before closing, the staff was kind, patient, and efficient.
