I have walked by the stand many times, but I never saw customers here so I always avoided ordering anything. However I finally decided to stop and check out their drinks. I made the mistake of ordering the Sweet Cloud Cold Brew. It was just too milky, I went back and asked if they can add more coffee...and still to milky. When I went back a second time for them to add more coffee and take out the milk, the guy said absolutely not. I ended up just throwing the drink away because I didn't feel like drinking milky coffee. Would I return? Maybe....I guess can try another drink?

One of my favorite local spots! They have one of the best red velvet cakes I've had and great boba. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming

I really loved my visit to Kokee tea! The staff are always friendly at this location and the drinks, while on the pricier side are always delicious. There is limited seating inside so it's hit or miss if you find seats. Parking is free and they have a huge parking lot since it's in a mall.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a boba place in Fairfax that also offered mochi donuts, ice cream, macarons, ramen and dim sum options. Rolling in around 7pm on a Sunday evening, this place was sparsely populated by a much younger demographic of patrons who periodically streamed in as we waited for our drink. We ordered a Mango & Passionfruit Tea w/ Honey Boba. The boba topping addition was $0.75, which seemed rather pricey given the locale. The drink itself was not particular fresh nor good, and the boba balls were regrettably firm to chew. The interior was very nicely designed, and service was friendly. There are several tables available for indoor dining. And free parking in the big, private lot outside is plentiful.

Food - 4. Service - 5. Ambiance- na. They are renovating the area so it's not super nice to walk into but the drink was fun. I got the mango milk tea, coconut milk, 25% sweetness, mango jelly. The jelly is consistent from kokee to kokee stores which I would expect. The sweetness was just right. Could have been colder/more ice. Still not coconutty enough for me but it was fine.

So cute. Got Thai Milk tea with 25% sweet and they even allowed half and half coffee jelly and boba for price of one topping:)

Glad to see samples of the mochi donut in the front. They were chewy and delicious, but didn't end up ordering any. I wasn't really feeling sweets. I got some of the shrimp shumai because I wanted a savory snack. Overall, it's definitely frozen food that's been heat up/steamed, but hey, not bad. I want to know where they get them so I can have some in stock when I need a struggle meal. My friend got the Oreo Croffle which was 7.00. We don't know where the waffle part was because it was just a croissant... Is that what a croffle is? Anyway, lots of whipped cream, some Oreo flakes and a banana sliced up and the whole thing smothered in condense milk. Definitely a sweet option. A couple of bites was good for me, but any more than that would have been too much. Overall, just OK. Maybe the boba here is better!

The service is always quick and the people are nice. The place is small but cute and they have games and a good bit of seating inside and outside. The drinks are pretty good.

I was so disappointed! My son loves Kokee tea and he asked for a gift card to it for his birthday. We had family purchase it land when we went employees refused to honor it because the owners don't want to take gift cards, even though their corporate office says it's accepted at all locations. My son was so upset because he wanted to treat us with his gift card. Such a scam!

One of my favorite Bubble Tea places. After a day of shopping or eating a meal in fairfax, this is a special treat to have. Located in a shopping center, tons of parking. The place itself is small, only 2-3 tables and counter space to sit. Never dined in, but have ordered to go numerous times. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the Boba drinks are consistently good.

Mango Passionfruit Tea and Lychee on Lychee

Didn't expect to be disappointed but I was. The location is fine and I thought the ramen and macaron options looked good. We just got two teas and I found them to be bland and very watered down. The boba was alright but didn't have a lot of flavor. I tend to get as little sugar as I can because bubble teas can be overly sweet in my opinion, but this may have been the downfall here. Overall, flavor was definitely lacking for a mango passionfruit tea. I would try something else, but this wouldn't be my first choice to go back here for my bubble tea fix.

I wandered in here one day while my boyfriend was getting some errands done at the local T-Mobile store. I didn't know this place existed until I wandered down the block walking the dog. It was a pretty warm Saturday morning (this was back in the summer) so I figured it would be a good a time as ever to get my tea fix! The store was empty except one other party so I was able to quickly order and get my drink. I ordered a taro milk tea with lychee jelly and it came out to a little under $5. The drink wasn't really anything special (I really do love any and all taro milk tea for the most part) but it hit the spot regardless. I enjoyed the atmosphere as the shop was cutely decorated with ample seating so my boyfriend, dog, and I could sit in a corner and not be bothered. Overall, this is a good place to stop by if you're in the area (it is located in an outdoor shopping mall in a relatively residential area) it would be a good place to stop by to satisfy that craving for a very reasonable price!

By far one of the best places to suck premium tiny balls with your choice of creamy liquid in front of a bunch of high schoolers. The workers are also very sexy, especially Justin. I would 100 percent recommend this balls place.

We ordered the breakfast burrito, pancake combo, and waffle combo. The breakfast burrito was hot and well assembled. The eggs were fluffy, it was full of cheese, and I was able to substitute sausage for bacon. The home fries that came with it were soft, well seasoned, and DELICIOUS!! I was blown away by these. The pancakes were light and fluffy. The Belgian waffle was also good. The combos came with a small side of fresh and delicious fruit. We had an amazing server named Darlene. She was super friendly and funny, and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend asking for Darlene when you come! The ambiance is super cool. It's like a farmhouse with a little groove!! The positives first: the restaurant is attractive inside, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the food itself was good. My chicken fajita omelet was flavorful, although it contained surprisingly little chicken. Everyone at the table seemed to enjoy their meals. Unfortunately, the pricing and constant add-on charges really overshadowed the experience. At $15 for an omelet, the prices are already toward the high end for breakfast. Then there are extra charges for things that feel like they should be included. Real maple syrup is an additional $1.50, and coffee was an eye-popping $4 per cup. Looking at our receipt afterward, it really felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed. The biggest surprise was the 3% credit card surcharge. In 2026, charging customers extra for paying with a credit card feels outdated. Very few people carry enough cash to cover a $100 breakfast meeting, so it comes across as another hidden fee rather than a genuine choice. One other odd thing I noticed was the floor. Whenever someone heavier walked through the dining room, the entire floor visibly bounced. It wasn't unsafe as far as I could tell, but it was noticeable enough to the table to be distracting throughout the meal. I wanted to like this place because the atmosphere, service, and food were all solid. But between the high menu prices, the extra charges, and the credit card fee, I left feeling like the value just wasn't there. Unless the pricing structure changes, I don't expect to return.

The amount of boba/bubbles you get are plentiful and I think some places don't give you much either. For me I just wanted to try one of the special items. I got the Strawberry Matcha with Sakura Crystal Boba and it wasn't too sweet nor it was not enjoyable. The crystal boba is interesting as it doesn't have the tapioca taste but more akin to jelly. Matcha is one of my favorite flavors so when paired with strawberry syrup and milk, you really can't go wrong with it. Since it's close to my work, I guess I can always do a second visit!
