I wanted to get a full set for my birthday and although I had already moved out of town, I didn't want to cancel my appointment. Except, this time, I was a very dissatisfied customer. I have never, ever had an issue with my nails breaking. I am unsure of what went wrong during my appointment but, I arrived home and not even a week after I had gotten them done, my right hand middle finger nail broke off! Again, I have never had an issue before. It was the worst pain I have ever felt. My natural nail is gone! I had my fiancé help cut the artificial nail off so it didn't cause more damage than it already had. I am very unhappy with the service I received and I am glad we moved away because I no longer want to make appointments here. I understand appointments are made for a reason and there are guidelines and rules in place that should be followed but, the employees should still take pride in every single one of their customers because we, as the customers, are spending a good amount of our paychecks to get our nails done.
