I walked in and stood at the desk for a good ten seconds before the staff greeted me. I could hear them chit chatting about something that was clearly not a work conversation. The nurse called me back and she must have been having a bad day. She seemed really disgruntled and annoyed. I told her what I was there for - I'd mentioned two concerns when I set the appointment, but a couple more things had come up since setting the appointment about a month prior. The doctor came in and immediately told me she'd only treat me for two of my concerns today and I'd have to come back another day for my additional concerns. I was really taken aback as I've never had a doctor refuse to treat me because of time constraints. After the doc left the room in a hurry, I asked the nurse why I couldn't be treated for all of my concerns today. She told me the office scheduled me a 10 minute appointment for just one concern. I told her I had mentioned two concerns when I set up the appointment. She then told me that setting appointments is not her job. I felt snubbed. It seems to me that these folks are in the business to make money rather than to help people. Bad first impression, I won't return nor recommend them.

My first visit was a consultation. She went over everything clearly and made sure to answer any questions I might have had. I had to opportunity to do a 3-year payment plan, which is a great option, but I just paid upfront. Today I had my first treatment and I could not believe how quick and easy it was! Portia went over a few things with me, made sure I didn't have any last minute questions or concerns, then did the treatment. Honestly, it did not hurt anything like I expected. It was uncomfortable but a lot less painful than waxing. Even with the time spent going over things because it was my first treatment, I was done in 15 minutes!
