I was so upset about the service I got. I think the guy who…read moreserve me was new in this place. I had my beard growing for five months, very nice bead and I was so proud of it. And I asked just to trim it around, and I let him clear that I was letting my beard growing more. He cut Half of my mustache with a machine number one, And he asked me if I wanted it short or long after he Already shave it. and all of a sudden he stoped and realize he did a mistake, and he change the subject and said it will looks good. I almost answered him when he asked me that question: I want it long, so are you going to make the other half grow back again! Then He trimmed the rest. I almost cried on the seat. And my wife was shocked when I got home. I was looking awful and I shaved everything. Now I'm trying to grow it again. This barbershop was my worst experience ever. But if I am not wrong and this kid is new on the place, he deserve a second chance. Because everybody deserve it. And by the way the haircut was looking good I like it nice job!

Stopped in today for a haircut. Walk in no appt. Gentleman that greeted me asked what type of cut I…read morewanted. I only have hair on the sides and back so a simple #1 gauge cut all over. Easy. the young guy that did the cut did not speak english so he had to explain what I wanted. Kid did a good job and was very pleasant, cut looks good and he brushed me off and used a hair dryer to clean of cut hair. Got done in about 10 minutes, I gave him a $5 tip and walked up front. The guy in charge looked at me and hesitated like he was thinking, he repeated just a haircut a few times while he was thinking then told me $35. I was shocked and repeated it, $35? he said yes. I did not ask up front so thats on me but $35 for a 10 minute cut with nothing special. Ouch. I paid him and left, so $40 for a haircut that took 10 minutes. I really feel as he looked at me as a one time cut so he ripped me off. Be careful. I won't go back.

It's a top tier experience....Esteban's service comes complete with good conversation, hot steam blowing on your face the whole time, a hot towel hugging your face, and he hacks at every hair on your head with the precision of a fucking samurai. Even if Esteban isn't available, the other guys are pretty competent as well. The only gripe is that it's pretty pricey. You're looking at paying $50 for hair and beard with tip.
