They cut back on property security so now we only have it from 10pm to 6am. The lawn and gardens are all dying from neglect and because the sprinkler system isn't working. They were a month late in turning on our water feature, and then they neglected to maintain it until the water became like pea soup. They finally drained and cleaned it a week ago, but they haven't refilled it yet and likely won't because they don't want to bother maintaining it. In a word - Brookfield Property Management sucks.

On the last month, they notified me that rent will still be pulled "accidentally" as they didn't cancel it in time, but not to worry, they will send a check out right away. Well, on the date they stated it would be deposited, it wasn't deposited. I waited a few days in good faith then called in. No answer. They wouldn't answer my calls. I had to call with a 3rd party number they didn't know, Mark answered. I said hi, its me ______. What happened? He said oh sorry, it will actually go next week. Well, it was never deposited. They don't answer my calls, or my emails. They just stole a months rent. I have filed with RT and other agencies and I will be suing in small claims court Ontario to get my money back. Don't trust this company.

She hasn't been in the GTA for a few years, soo...I still called myself to chat with someone.) After following some prompts on their phone line, I found out that I couldn't even leave a voicemail!!! It said that their voicemail service was not "initiated". Ok, being a service and time-sensitive industry at that, it's really a poor sign if a potential client is unable to reach anyone! So hence my poor review. If I had left a voicemail and someone had called me back, there wouldn't be a need for this review. However, seeing how I was unable to speak to a live agent of the company, left a super bad impression of the company. Needless to say, I cannot refer this company based on being unable to reach anyone!

Initially, they tried to divide the board members by befriending them. Once they succeeded in creating divisions, the maintenance fees suddenly increased while the service quality declined. When we call them, they either don't respond or fail to take action. Our previous snow contractor did a great job; all the snow was removed and the areas were salted. Kolt Management changed the contractor, and now the work is poorly done. The pavement is not salted, and the snow is not removed from the back around the stairs. One of my employees slipped and fell, and their response was, "He should have been more careful." Meanwhile, the board members they have befriended receive all the services and have no complaints. I suspect something fishy is going on, and I can't wait until the next term to vote these guys out.

You have to pay extra for a spot in the underground parking lot, but there is a small visitor's lot for short-term parking too. Apparently, even non-residents can rent spots by the month if they happen to work nearby, for example.
