I didn't have to change my plans in order to accommodate them or even help them load anything. I've dealt with as well as the last minute changes. We reached out to KG about 2 weeks ago for an on-site quote, scheduled through their website and was immediately followed up with to confirm. When the day came for the estimate, we had a last minute thing come up in which they reschedule our appointment no problem. We contacted them today to see when they'd be able to come, and they were free within two hours of my request. When they got here they were polite, very easy to work with and very respectful to the property. Although my family tried our best to make their job a little easier by helping out, they do not require you to lift a finger if you would rather not. We're very happy with what was accomplished. It was very fast service and very thorough as far as what we asked for. For the price that they charged us, it was reasonable as far as labor and the amount of junk they hauled. We may very well be calling them again soon (we've got a big house we are in the middle of trying to upgrade)! read more

I recently moved to Washington and had a bunch of trash, packing materials and debris from the move that needed to be hauled away. I asked a bunch of estimates and sent pictures to help facilitate the process. KG had the best one and they showed up the same day. However, they came with a pickup truck and, immediately, the estimate that was 120 became 250 due to have to fill the whole pickup. After the pickup was full, they realized another trip was needed and said they would be back. They came back fast, picked up the rest and then the price had already jumped to 350 (due to the need of another trip, without disclosing to me the extra cost). And the cherry on the top was i needed to fork 35 more to have a rug hauled away "because it was an extra" even if they never said that at beginning. The job was already done, and with tax, the full total was 425. Very far from the original estimate and without any proper communication. I paid but they will never get my business again. read more

These guys are great! My husband and I just recently moved to Tacoma from out of state, and during the move, our box spring broke. We didn't know what to do with this huge piece of furniture that no longer worked, so we figured we'd have to bite the bullet and fork over a couple hundred bucks for someone to come haul it away, along with a couple of other bulky items we couldn't use in our new place.
