I've used them twice already and both times were great. I saw a couple of other reviews about the cost, I didn't have this issue at all. First time the lady on the phone gave me an estimate based what I told her then I added more stuff to the pile after I talked to her so when the driver came, he did tell me the cost would be more, he called the office to confirm, gave me the price, I confirmed then he started putting stuff in the dumpster so it was super clear, they charged me the exact amount that I confirmed. Second time, I took a picture, sent to them, they gave me an estimate, the driver came, gave me the same amount of cost, super clear I first went with them because when I was trying to find a junk removal company, many places would require an appointment for an estimate then you make a second appointment for the pick up, I find that too much hassle and takes too long then I found this place when they were able to give me an estimate over the phone or email (They responded to my email in 10 minutes) and able to come last minute. Both times they were able to come on the date I requested, also gave me a 2 hour window so super helpful, the drivers were super nice and they picked everything up within 30 minutes I really have no complaints with them and would definitely recommend them! read more

The owner of this company, Mike, refused to give his last name and showed zero concern after his driver dumped a multi-ton dumpster on our driveway, creating a large hole. When contacted, he told me to call a lawyer, and then he hung up on me. When I called again, he sarcastically said, "Back for more?", before again telling me to call a lawyer and again hanging up on me. The company's business card claim they are licensed. Labor & Industries shows a company by the name of ABC Cleanup Services, UBI # 602-685-668, Michael Lee Ritter as the governing person, to have an inactive license. Labor & Industries shows a company by the name of ABC Cleanup & Hauling, UBI # 602-192-612, Michael Lee Ritter as the governing person, to have an inactive license. Labor & Industries shows a company by the name of Michael Lee Ritter, UBI # 601-231-403, Michael Ritter as the governing person, to have an inactive license. Another partner, Jesper blamed the accident on the roofing company, because the dumpster was supposedly too heavy. Not our problem, and a detail that certainly was foreseeable and avoidable. I sent an online request for a quote and got an email reply back pretty quickly. These guys had the best prices around for my 20 yard dumpster, however, the rental period was only for 3 days and the extra cost per day is higher than most other places at a quote of $40/day. That didn't mattered in this case as I finished filling up the 20 yard dumpster within 3 days. The phone call to book the dumpster was easy and the driver who dropped off the dumpster placed it exactly where I needed it. They picked up the dumpster without needing to knock on my door. I ended up paying about $650 for a 20 yard dumpster with 3 days rental and 2+ tons of construction debris. read more

Absolutely do not give them your business. If you do, get pricing and dates in writing before giving them any payment information. Original price over the phone quoted at $300. When called to have it picked up after filling, they added on a 2 ton minimum deposit fee doubling the price. Pulled $500 from our account after we told them we didn't have the last $75 to cover a sudden price hike. Told us they'd be tossing out whatever they thought the difference in weight would be onto our front lawn and then send the bill for the total later. Called Tuesday around noon for a pick up but was told we'd have to wait until the next day. Nobody came to pick up the dumpster nor called us. We called them to find out they had 3 trucks break down and we'd be moved to the "lowest priority". Price increased AGAIN to $700 now. Manager/owner extremely rude on the phone and kept interrupting. When asked to be able to speak said, "You have 30 seconds." Always intended on paying the full amount. Blocked our driveway with the dumpster instead of putting on it. All we ask was a reliable quote for the deposit and a reliable date for pick up. Instead, we received extremely poor customer service and rude treatment. read more

After being given the run around from another dumpster company, ABC saved the day. They delivered on time, first thing Saturday morning, with basically no notice (in the Central District of Seattle, no less). Then we had it removed, emptied and brought back to us within about 30 minutes by this amazing nice and efficient guy. I didn't catch his name but seriously, he is awesome!! Highly recommend this company! We rented a 10 yard dumpster for the remnants of a bathroom we gutted down to the studs. Their price compared to that of several others was extremely competitive compared to a handful of others I called, and included 4 days in addition to the day the dumpster was delivered. We live on a hill and have a dirt driveway, and cars are always parked across the street from our driveway, which made the job of the dumpster delivery guy a bit challenging. Despite the challenges, he positioned the dumpster precisely where he intended to and got it so it wasn't overlapping the sidewalk at all. Pick up went flawlessly as well ... their trucks for managing these dumpsters are impressive machines! I was impressed with how simple and easy this entire process was ... called on a Tuesday, got a dumpster on a Friday, called on Tuesday, and they picked it up that afternoon. Final invoice (which depends on weight of debris) was emailed the same day the dumpster was picked up. read more

We have used ABC hauling twice with our business and we do not recommend them. Their customer service skills are lacking for being in the industry of service. When we were over charged by them, we called and spoke with Mike and he said that they don't make mistakes and even though my bank statement showed charges otherwise he still said that they don't make mistakes. I find that hard to believe because every business makes mistakes and having an attitude toward your customers is unacceptable period. read more

I have rented several dumpsters from different companies over the years for large cleanup projects. This company was by far the best price and the most efficient. I was able to rent a dumpster that was larger than most of the other companies were offering for noncommercial use. They showed up to deliver the dumpster when they were supposed to and they came as soon as I called them to pick it up. I have rented two dumpsters so far and was impressed both times by the service, efficiency, and quick response. Both times i was able to schedule a dropoff 24-48 hours away. The pickup on the first dumpster went exactly on schedule, and i expect the second one will go the same once i get it delivered--see the rest of my story below: What took things from good to great was the respect and lack of attitude I received when i called today to reschedule my second dumpster dropoff with effectively no notice to the company. I woke up this morning with a backache and realized I wouldn't be able to load a dumpster this weekend. I left a message before the office opened and got a call back from Jess. When I asked to reschedule he was friendly and considerate and didn't give me any attitude even though what i was doing was inconvenient and probably expensive for him. I told him i would reschedule and he didn't pressure me for a date, he just said to call them with 24 hour notice and they would deliver it then. I don't know if Jess is an owner of the business or not, but he carries the attitude of someone who really cares about his customers. read more

This is one of the easiest things I've ever had to schedule. After making other calls I found ABC's fees very reasonable. The initial call regarding fees and exactly what that included (drop-off/pick-up, per ton dumping fee) was quick. I was able to talk to someone right away when I called their number and he answered all of my questions. Very patient as well because I forgot to ask a couple things and called back twice! He helped me determine what size dumpster we needed for our project. All that was needed to schedule a drop-off was 24 hr. notice. It was delivered and picked-up when we requested. I received the emailed invoice quickly that matched what was quoted to me. Overall great experience doing business with this company. Ordered a 30yd dumpster on Thursday afternoon for Monday morning to load demo debris. Dumpster arrived @ 7:45am and Ben put it in the perfect spot for easy loading. As a contractor I have used alot of companies for my hauling and dump needs. I have had about as consistent of an experience with Mike and the guys as you can get on my jobs this year. Whether a true construction site or a clients residence the drivers are respectful and conscientious of the location needs.
