Second time, I took a picture, sent to them, they gave me an estimate, the driver came, gave me the same amount of cost, super clear I first went with them because when I was trying to find a junk removal company, many places would require an appointment for an estimate then you make a second appointment for the pick up, I find that too much hassle and takes too long then I found this place when they were able to give me an estimate over the phone or email (They responded to my email in 10 minutes) and able to come last minute. Both times they were able to come on the date I requested, also gave me a 2 hour window so super helpful, the drivers were super nice and they picked everything up within 30 minutes I really have no complaints with them and would definitely recommend them!

Empire sent two guys who dove right in, cleared out the entire mess in less than an hour! They were cheerful, pleasant, and even offered to help with any other heavy lifting I might need done, at no additional charge! I had obtained three different bids, and Empire was not the lowest. But when I asked if they could match the lowest one, they did so, cheerfully! I will have more hauling to do this spring, and I'll be calling Empire to do it.
