I hired this cleaning company twice, and both experiences were disappointing. The job felt lazy! The baseboards were ignored, dusting was minimal, and they didn't vacuum under the couch. They also clogged the toilet and didn't bring basic supplies like paper towels. Most frustratingly, they broke a light fixture and refused to take responsibility. Their response was dismissive and incorrect, insisting it "wasn't broken" but just "needed to be reattached"--despite it clearly being damaged. I received a refund for the second visit, which I had to use to replace the light fixture. Would not recommend (unless you want a huge headache and to clean right after their visit). Please be aware that this "pro" sent me a detailed list of what was included in a deep clean as opposed to a regular clean and when I selected the deep clean she did not provide it. I will post many pictures and videos to show what I mean. The deep clean was to include mopping all floors and spot cleaning the walls. We are preparing to have work done on this, my mom's, home and we wanted the walls spot cleaned so the painting contractor could prep anything that could not be spot cleaned when he prepped to paint the bedrooms. The other rooms were painted recently and need only spot cleaning. We also asked to have the floors washed. Some floors are sealed wood and some laminate. Both can be washed with the correct cleaner and mop and I assumed that a professional cleaning service would have the correct equipment and supplies. They did not. Some floors were not washed and others were poorly done. There is very little furniture in the rooms that I asked to have cleaned and none of that furniture was moved as the list of what is included in a deep cleaning indicates it would be. When I told the owner, I need the items on the list she provided on a deep cleaning to be done, she said my walls should be paint. They refused to spot clean even the rooms with newer paint. She told me to pay the cleaners and they are leaving. I said I would not pay for the job in full as it was not completed. I would pay a portion. The owner as you can see in the photos then stated the crew wouldn't leave without full payment and she said she would call the police. Calling the police would be fine as I paid slightly more than 50% of the agreed price and my best estimate is they did about 25% of what I hired them to do. What they did, I could have done in a morning alone if I did not have a broken wrist. Additional calling the police would have been fine as she threatened to have the cleaners remain in my home until I paid the price for the deep clean that I did not receive. Police would have prevented that, but it was unnecessary. I gave the lead cleaner cash as requested as the owner wanted communication and payment to occur off the app I found her on. When I paid the cleaner, she showed me her phone with the full price in text. I said no and asked her to leave. To be fair, neither cleaner spoke any English and used a translator app for the minimum conversation we had. I am not sure how much they understood the conflict. The cleaners left when I asked. The owner followed up with texts to which I responded with photos and videos of me doing the spot cleaning I had requested as evidence that it could be done easily and quickly and it does make a difference. I believe the cleaners were sent for a regular house clean and not equipped or scheduled appropriately for a deep clean. I believe the owner gives a lowball price and does minimal work so she can get to the next gig and collect money. She continued to say I was disrespectful to her by asking her to do what she sent in writing she would do. Please see the photos of how simple it would have been for the cleaners to do the cleaning as agreed upon and receive full payment plus a gratuity as would be my expectation. Beware of the low price, big promise, minimal deliver scam. read more

Overall summary: From observation, Paulo is a true professional who takes his craft very seriously, and his customers even more. He finishes the work in impressive time, but not cutting corners. He does not cheat his customers. English is definitely his second language, so their may be some language barrier, but he will get his point across to communicate was is needed. If you believe he may miss something, he is humble in his responses and make sure you are satisfied. Service experience: I worked with Paulo for 2 services. First service request was to paint a primary Bedroom, 2 baths, and 1 laundry room (ceilings, walls, trim). He arrived with a young helper and prepped the primary bedroom which had expose beam ceilings. He primed it with oil based paint the first day, then returned to finish with coats. He did a spectacular job with the ceiling, even though it was challenging with the wood grain. He left now spots unpainted. He returned the third day and finished all the walls and other rooms, staying longer to complete the job. It was impressive how effective and efficient he managed the job. This only comes with a very long experience in painting. Since Paulo completed the first service request with such professionalism, I requested for Paulo to paint my kitchen cabinets. He removed all the cabinet doors and hardware on the doors and started prepping the area. All surfaces were well prepped for primer, and non painting surfaces were well covered. The young girl was very new and very inexperienced. Toward the end they were frustrated with cleaning. I explained my house needed a deep cleaning and I tried to explain this clearly before I booked it. I asked them are you sure $500.00 is correct for what I need done and was told yes. The young girl when waxing hard wood doors sprayed the wax on the floors I had to clean up. My suggestion is don't send inexperienced people to do a deep clean. read more
