I have been using Supreme Home Cleaning for a regular bi-weekly cleaning of my apartment and I am SO happy with them! If I could encapsulate Supreme Home Cleaning in one word it would be - PROS! They are everything I look for in a cleaning company. - They work in teams (for the first two visits 3 cleaners came and now a team of 2 comes) - They are HIGHLY dependable. They usually give 20-30 min windows for arrival but they are always more near to the beginning of that time. - They have great attention to detail Eg. They will re-fold blankets in my baskets or artfully set up my towels or kleenex boxes. - I had read in a previous review that it's easiest to set up appointments via email. So I have actually never tried to call them. At first I used email and now I mostly communicate via text. It's easy and painless, they are very responsive! - They won't bug you to set up appointments, they leave it to you to request. (Which is probably good and bad for me being such a procrastinator lol). The initial cleaning was pricier but this is the norm on first time visits for most companies. It went down subsequently and it's very affordable; but also worth every penny! I pay in cash and you get a small discount for doing so. The other option is Venmo, but I never really looked into it. I guess it's like Paypal. Anyways, I highly recommend Supreme Home Cleaning. There is nothing better than returning to a pristine home and being able to relax on the rest of my day off. read more

Today we had our second deep cleaning we've had from Supreme Home Cleaning. We had one last year before a big event in our home and this year we are about to have our first baby so we needed a deep, thorough cleaning. Both times we have been exceedingly happy with the results. They send in a team to clean your home. Both times we did a walk through at the beginning of the day to point out problematic areas and settle on the price. The estimate beforehand is very accurate but we have a few smallish spaces that aren't quite rooms so they couldn't really price them without seeing them in person. After that they go to work - scrubbing every surface from top to bottom. Today, a team of three spent 5.5 hours cleaning our main floor and upstairs bathroom - we decided not to have our bedrooms cleaned. In our kitchen, they even washed the tops of my cabinet doors. We have two dogs who have made a mess of our floors during the winter months. I feel like I could eat off of them now. My husband came home and was amazed at the job they did. My girlfriend and I just used this service for the first time (deep clean). I was a little tentative about having somebody clean our apartment because I am a little intense about certain areas. However, we were extremely happy with the cleaners and the job they did. The apartment looks ready for a viewing and is literally sparkling. The walls/floors look great, every knob is shiny, I couldn't find any dust, and it smells great. They also were very detail oriented and went the extra mile-folding tissues in box in a fancy manner, taking out the trash, and tidying our bed. They were also very willing to accommodate our schedules and only took 3 hours to transform our apartment. Also payment very easy as they have a Venmo account. Professional, responsive and easy to work with. The team here does a great job for our monthly cleaning service in our Condo. They seem to work quickly and always leave us with a satisfied end result. The reviews are valid here. I'm not certain where their pricing falls in terms of the broader market out there, but I can say it's worth every dollar. Also great for first time "deep cleans" and you will be SHOCKED by the magic they work on that first deep clean. We had a tiled steam shower (only about 8 years old) that had some serious mold from prior owners, we used every trick in the book to get it out ourselves, but Supreme knocked it out no problem in their deep clean. It's all about the details and they seem to be very focused on those, folding toilet paper and towels in neat little designs, tidying up linens, taking out trash, leaving nothing behind and leaving your belongings exactly where they were. I'm going to preface this review by stating that I never had anyone come in an clean my house before and I based my choice solely on the Yelp reviews. I also took advantage of the Yelp deal they had going, because I'm not some posh, caviar-eating socialite who spends all of her time hiring people to do things so I can get botox and go to charity balls. I'm a student on a moderate income who eats out of boxes and goes to work in my pajamas. That being said, I want to marry them. All of them. Like, where have they been all my life? After a little email ping pong with Adriana, we set up the first deep cleaning: one bath, kitchen (including oven), dining room, living room, front stairway. They came right when they said they would arrive IN THE MIDDLE OF A SNOWSTORM (bless their souls) and cleaned the EF out of my SH. It was an all day affair. I mean, at one point, I walked in on them and they were actually washing the walls. The walls! Omg! And the sills, and the light fixtures, and the light switches, and the radiators... you can eat off of any of these surfaces now. Seeing how clean my house was (and I do clean regularly--I just don't have the time to Joan Crawford the bathroom tile the way I'd like), I almost defecated where I stood, but I didn't want to mess up the gorgeous job they did. Anyway, it's been said by other reviewers that they are a bit pricey. I didn't think so. Based on the job they did, I felt that they were quite reasonable. You also get a little discount if you pay cash. I highly recommend these cleaners. And they didn't put me up to this--I mean, read my other reviews; I'm a horrible judgmental bitch. Not only will your house shine like the top of the Chrysler building, but all of that time that you would have spent scrubbing your bathtub, you can now spend on other things, like archery and crafts. When I was researching new cleaners, Adriana at Supreme Home Cleaning gave me some references to call. The first person I called raved about her and said "she has made my life better!" At the time, I didn't understand what she meant, but now after using Adriana for the past 6 months, I feel the same way! Adriana and her team take care of my home as though it is their own. I come home to a sparkling, immaculate home that has been lovingly cared for. I used to use a cleaning service that would send one person for 1.5-2 hours, and refused to adequately clean the shower or empty the vacuum cleaner that they insisted I provide. Adriana sends a team of 3 cleaners for 3 hours and carefully cleans every item, right down to the dried toothpaste on the top of the toothpaste container! I moved into an apartment that was not cleaned at all before I moved in, and probably had not been fully cleaned in at least a year. It was absolutely filthy with mold in the bathroom, spilled foods all over the kitchen, and layers and layers of grime and dust. 3 ladies came and cleaned for about 2 and a half hours, and I am SO SO happy with the results. I could never have gotten the place this clean myself. They even did the dirty dishes in the sink and cleaned out my keurig, which I had not expected but was a pleasant surprise! The grout in the bathroom is all sparkling white, and every tiny corner of the apartment was given attention. Adriana was so helpful in emailing me back many times to set up a time, and Sergio, who was the man who dropped off the ladies here, called me before they left and asked how I thought everything looked. My apartment finally looks and smells amazing, is comfortable to live in, and I feel I can now have guests without embarrassment anymore. The main reason for this update is because I seem to recall one reviewer being disappointed in the level of cleaning done on the follow up visit. I can not imagine what this person is talking about.
