It's been my go-to for years. That ends today. Their own signage clearly states "Last wash: 7:15pm." I parked at 7:13pm, walked in at 7:16pm, and was immediately met with a dismissive "you just here to dry?" from an employee named LeeAnne. No greeting, no flexibility, just a flat-out denial of washer service. I was stunned. I even walked back out to double-check the time--still 7:16pm. I came back in, politely clarified the timing, and she simply told me that 7:16 was too late. Seriously? One minute past, with me already standing there? This place was clean, convenient, and reliable. But if this is how rigid and unwelcoming the service has become, they've lost my business.

I never received a response nor did anyone ever come to pickup my laundry. HOWEVER- the charge went through and posted to my credit card! Had to dispute it with them to get refund. Only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the promise that the Dexter app can be used. The app is faulty, I was charged $20 for a $5.75 wash cycle, but an ATM is in walking distance for quarters. If you go here, definitely bring cash for quarters instead of relying on the app. Our washing machine at our apartment is currently broken, but should we ever have a need to get a quick, 24 hour wash, we will definitely be back at Palm Bay Express Laundry!

She told me that there "maybe " an issue because of the bamboo. She said someone complained that it clumped up after dry cleaning. I didn't know what to say? So she said let's look at the label. She then said "oh this is ok, He'll know what to do with it". Took about 3 days. I picked it up & it's beautiful! No clumps. Fluffy , so nice. The price was right as well. I looked up on line what something like that would cost & this was half that price. I'm thankful I found an honest, friendly cleaner now. Plus the music playing inside was great!
