A year now no final papers for an uncontested divorce,…read more After contacting the office multiple times to no avail, no information about our case not even a case number, Alla finally got on the phone when I called and screamed at me "WHAT IS THE BIG DEAL WHATS YOUR PROBLEM" I didn't ask to speak with her, just simply wanted a correct case number since the woman at the front desk did not give me the correct one. (Which is why a paying client WHO PAID IN FULL should be able to speak to the paralegal and not the front desk) She then proceeded to hang up on me. Someone like this should NOT be working in a law firm non the less for divorces an obviously sensitive subject. I Called the courts, they notified me there was AN ISSUE WITH THE PAPER WORK and it was sent back to the office in September, Alla who was handling the case never notified us of this. The case was never processed because of the paper work was not properly filed by Alla, which should be simple since it is an uncontested divorce, and instead of notifying us of what was going on, we were constantly lied to being told they never heard from the court. Now still waiting on a final sign off from the judge a year later for an uncontested divorce, which this office told me would take 3 months. I would not recommend this law office to anyone, I'm disgusted by how Alla spoke to me, and how she has handled our case. She should find a new profession. Paying this office is literally throwing your money into a hole and not having any clue what is going on with your case, no contact, no updates and no information.
