Kris (owner) was SUPER AMAZING! He calls me right away and was super nice and professional. It was very hard and frustrating for me to find a locksmith to come out to our remote area (Coarsegold-Yosemite Lakes Park area) and this guy made me feel like it was no big deal. Then he volunteered to pick up new locks and deadbolts for us since he was already near a home depot in the city and he knew we weren't anywhere close to one. So thoughtful! Then he arrived fast when he said he would and rekeyed all 4 locks we asked for. Actually there were 5 total when we counted together as we just moved into that home and didn't know there was a 5th but he did that one too anyway. NO HASSLE! Kris, the owner of KG Lock and Key, came to our aid when the French Doors leading to our backyard suddenly froze and we could not lock the doors to secure our home. He came the following morning (I had called at about 9 pm the previous evening, left a voicemail, and he called right back) to see what needed to be done.
