The owner tried to insinuate that I left it open and argued with me about replacing the controller board. They installed a used board that had been damaged by lightning. See attached photo. Owner would not return my calls and no one would come out to work on the unit. Kohler finally got one of their Tier 1 dealers, Coastal Power Products, to contact me. They sent Marcus who turned out to be excellent. If you are considering a generator purchase do not use TDEC based on our experience. Coastal is my recommendation.
