Bottom line I am glad found out now about her character as would have been nothing but problems, if any indication. Was at party in Heights and was telling people how I was strung along and no follow-up from her or her assistant. Someone else also shared did not have good experience when visited their store. I emailed them a CAD drawing of my backyard, they asked me how much light I wanted and where, and they provided a lighting solution that met my requirements perfectly using only a single light for the entire patio (which saved me a lot of money). Since this is my own backyard, I had a TON of questions for them, which their representative Halley, was more than happy to answer. He spent hours on the phone with me to discuss various solution options, and to ensure I was completely comfortable with the design before ordering the lights. I can honestly say that I've never received such good service from ANY company before, and I HIGHLY recommend RLLD for your lighting needs. If they do that good for a small project, I can only imagine how good they must be for large ones!
