I intend to report them to the Arizona Better Business Bureau. Why? Shady Business Practice: I was charged contractor prices for sloppy work. Their lack of planning and communication with the Electrician and Plumber cost me $1000's in travel fees. No Transparency: Ask for ALL the return receipts as well as itemized charges of work done. I was charged for work that was not completed. Look for hidden charges. They use Unskilled Handymen that needed training and supervision that Rene did not provide. Don't let Alejandro or Isidro work in your home. I had to micromanage them daily to get the work done right. The Quality of Work was so poor my husband and I had to redo much of the work as well as clean up all the paint and glue they slopped all over. He always called us back in a timely manner, showed up when he said he would and suggested ways to save us money. We're having tongue and groove "paneling" put up in the living room and bedroom, and tongue and groove wainscoting in the dining and family rooms. He's also going to reframe our fireplace, which is now shiny white tiles w/white mantel, with real rock and a beefy, rugged mantel. Francis does fantastic work.
