I've never experienced having a bad doctor in my life I've always had a really good doctors but there's always a first time for everything. Since my blood work had already been completed, I was told another doctor would contact me instead. No one called. I waited three days, called again, and was again promised that a doctor would contact me that day. Again, no one called. I called yet again, and this time I couldn't even reach a person--the phone went straight to voicemail. At this point, I have completed the testing they requested, have lab results waiting to be reviewed, and need an updated prescription, yet this office has completely failed to provide even the most basic follow-up or communication. Patients should not have to chase their medical office for weeks just to get lab results reviewed and necessary medication renewed. The lack of communication, continuity of care, and basic responsiveness has been unacceptable. Avoid this office if you have any expectation of timely follow-up or reliable patient care.

When you have known someone for 15 years, you don't shy away from answering how everything is going, as you don't think that you will be taken advantage of by answering this question. Meanwhile, Dr. Hawkins is seeing $$ as she is coding everything you discuss for extra money. Then, you receive surprise bills for multiple visits during the same visit, same time slot, same ten minutes. Very unfortunate to see a doctor who was great and (seemingly) caring turn to this.

When I arrived, I was taken in by a staff member who did not introduce herself and seemed confused about why I was there. Another staff member joined shortly after, also without any greeting or explanation. The entire interaction felt rushed and unprofessional from the beginning. It was very obvious that they were in a hurry. The cleaning was done extremely quickly and very roughly. The procedure was painful, and there were a couple of moments when I almost choked because everything was being done so fast with little care for my comfort. I have never experienced anything like this during a routine dental cleaning. The entire appointment lasted around five minutes, after which I was told that the "second part" would need to be completed during another appointment. After this experience, I realized I did not feel comfortable continuing treatment there. I canceled the follow-up appointment as soon as I got home. It is unfortunate because this clinic used to have genuinely great doctors. From what I understand, many of them are no longer there. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was so negative that I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

She is a fine person, but I am so disappointed in her failure to refer me to an adequate specialist. I have suffered with endocrine related issues for years that have wreaked havoc on my life in so many ways. Two years ago I begged for her to write me a referral to endocrinology, and I even had a letter from a separate medical doctor who was advocating on my behalf. She said that endocrinology couldn't help me and I was devestated. Well, now it's two years later and I have gotten a lot worse. I have new symptoms too, which drove me back to the doctor (a different PCP - not Dr Freeman) who actually ran some tests on me and found some issues related to my thyroid and sent me an urgent referral to endocrinology. I'm hoping I can get my issues sorted out soon, but I've already lost so much. I've continued to deteriorate, which has cost me -- financially, physically, and emotionally. It has damaged my reputation at work and my relationships with friends - I'm now seen as the flakey person who is unreliable because of my health. I've spent so much money on treatments that haven't worked, and have tried over the counter supplements, out-of-network doctors, ANYTHING to try to get relief, to no avail. I've also had to take so many days off work that it has maxed out my PTO, so I have to go without pay if I need to take anytime off for additional sickness or appointments. And I am still sick -- suffering different symptoms every day, and waking up in the middle of the night because of them. I've had a lot of dark thoughts and feel hopeless. I'm disappointed that Dr. Freeman couldn't refer me two years ago and I think my life would be different right now if she had done so. Which was across the hall in the room occupied by another lady. gain, her door was open. (What if I had been in one of the paper sheets they put you in?!) So of course I closed the door after having that little peep staring at me and my son. The next thing that happened practically shocked me so bad I almost left without being seen, and probably should have. The doctor came in, answered his cell phone, talked on it for about 10 minutes, then proceeded to make sure I had a heartbeat and was breathing (mind you, this is supposed to be a physical) and asked me what I wanted.
