Over the past five years I began to throw up almost everything I was eating. Dr. Frank, my gastroenterologist during a routine endoscopy saw a hiatal hernia that no previous doctor (believe it or not) saw. He recommended I see Dr. Seigal. I was able to get an appointment and Dr. Seigal sent me for preliminary testing. My hiatal hernia was preventing my food from fully entering my stomach. Dr. Seigal told me in a manner that made me feel comfortable that robotic surgery was the way to go. Two weeks ago he performed the procedure and now I'm eating food again without any issues. Dr. Seigal is a very well trained surgeon and has (as they used to say) 'Great Hands' which is what you want from the doctor that is going to operate on you. After coming back on the line, this woman who didn't give a name--only sass and attitude--asked more questions, and I let her know I need to schedule a monthly visit because I missed my scheduled appointment. After giving her my name and DOB, she immediately stated, "Oh, you missed your appointment on the 7th." I then stated, "Yes, I literally just stated to you I missed my scheduled appointment." She then proceeded to talk amongst herself about me! Then she stated I am giving her different information and said, "Well, WHATEVER!" I immediately let her know that was rude, and instead of apologizing, this woman tried to berate me and continued to raise her voice, overtalking me, so I ended the call! I am currently researching a new doctor. It's unfortunate that I loved Dr. Denk and his work! I will not come to any appointments here anymore. I feel it is now an uncomfortable and hostile situation!

I told them I couldn't wait that long and they tried to schedule me for an unnecessary test that makes me pay out of pocket. Not the insurance covered test that is highly recommended. Your severity of illness doesn't matter to these physicians. Stay away !!

I right away asked to cancel the visit, only two days prior I paid almost $200 at urgent care and didn't want to pay this again for basically NOTHING. They assured me that I would be reimbursed either the entire visit or $120 back. They didn't refund me. I called and left voice messages. No one bothered to call back, and they took my money for absolutely nothing. Don't go there for any medical needs unless you want to be lied to and get ripped off. (Then no one calls, of course.) If the practice is for sale, it's losing clients and hence value, by the day. If it's not for sale, the managing partner needs to step in and be sure good clinical decisions are being made even by desk staff.

They got me right in and another cat scan was ordered but with barium. I got the X-rays and it showed a problem when all the Er trips said their was ńothing wrong. Then a procedure was scheduled everyone from Dr Kellor to the anesthesiologist to nurses Lisa and Mary. Everyone was great and explained the ropes and what to expect. After the procedure was made comfortable till husband picked me up at the after procedure door. Only thing no real refreshment after all this and family not aloud to sit in the air conditioned waiting room and it was registering 100 degrees outside. This covid this is really taking its toll . Everyone was great. Even the ladies on the phone when I called in to ask a question. Thank you to mr Washington for seeing me also. And getting the ball rolling finally. Now just waiting for my biopsy and hoping to get a good report as I have been cancer free now since 2012. Lets keep it that way.
